Amazing views from the helicopter - We flew over Iceland volcanos and found new hot spots. Tried to see whales and saw the Blue Lagoon and the Sky Lagoon. Amazing way to see how the lava formed the Iceland land scape. Was able to the separation of Europe and North America tectonic plates. The pilot was amazing, well informed and provided an opportunity for pictures from all sides.

Phenomenal experience - Our pilot, Tashi, was amazing!! She made sure everyone got an amazing view while flying. She was very informative and patient with the many questions (that had nothing to do with trip) and had a great sense of humor. We were very blessed to be able to land and walk around at the 2021 eruption site. She took many pictures of everyone with crater, lava and helicopter. Cannot say enough great things about this trip and our pilot.

Great experience. - Great experience. Guide was great. Only disappointment was not seeing any lava flowing. Not the fault of the company, the volcano just decided to go dormant the day before. Enjoyed walking on the lava flow and feeling the heat coming out of the vents. Enjoyed the trip.

10 Stars - I would give them 10 stars if I could. The pilot made sure everyone saw and filmed perfectly the vulacno and asked if we wanted pictures next to heli. We landed near vulcano and that wasnt planned part of the tour. The whole tour lasted about 1hr and 15 minutes instead of 35 minutes which was awesome!

Mesmerising - This excellent tour supplemented a truly memorable week in Iceland. To be able to fly over a live and active volcano was mesmerising. It was a sad counterpoint to see the empty village of Grindavik.

A fiery experience - The capable pilot, the organization of the trip and the WOW of seeing an active volcano! The sight of the dramatic Icelandic landscape of lava and sea.

One of the best trips ever - The pilot made it come alive and was knowledgeable about the scientific underpinnings of volcanos. It was one of the most exciting tours of my life.

Impressive - What an amazing experience flying over a live Volcano. A must do if you are visiting Reykjavik. We enjoyed every moment of it.

Not value for money spent - It was only 20 minutes. NOT 35 or 40 as advertised. Four people were squeezed into the back seat. Two did not have good views or take pictures. Cost was almost $900.

This tour company is a total disaster. - I am a guide and I booked the Volcano tour for two of my clients. When they got onto the helicopter the pilot said that the front seats were reserved (which wasn't true). The reality was that one of my clients was sitting in the middle, and during all the tour she saw absolutely nothing - only bodies of the tourists on the front of helicopter. She was very upset about it and we asked for refund for her as she hasn't seen anything (we showed photos from the tour). And here is what we got: the representatives of this company started arguing with us, moreover - shout at us, that it's not their fault. Then they said that we were informed on the website that the minimum capacity is 4 people per tour. We weren't informed about that and we showed their website page with no information about it. And here is what happened next: one of their worker went to computer and did "something" for 30 minutes, during this time another worker continued arguing with us in high tones. And in the end the first worker have come to us and showed us the page with info of minimum 4 tourists per tour :) Thankfully I had the screenshot, and there was indeed no such information. I also checked the Google cached pages on their website, which still show the old version with no information about the minimum number of participants. Besides that, the workers threatened us with a phrase "We return you half of refund IF you won't write any review", and asked to delete the videos we were shooting during arguing. As this wasn't the first air tour in Iceland for me and tourists who's joining the trips with me I BEG you not to book any single tour through this company. The worst experience I've had in Iceland during several journeys there!
