Very special private intro to Reykjavik with a very special tour guide - Roxanne gave us a Wonderful, informative & lovely introduction to Reykjavik on our 1st morning tour. Even before we arrived she communicated with me, reassured us regarding our scheduled flight & tour time. She was accessible, easy to reach, responsive to making our 1st visit to Iceland very special. She happily accommodated us when our arrangements were slightly delayed. She was flexible and patient & happily met us at our hotel. She was just a joy, very personable, interesting, kind & generous with her time. What a great start to our trip. Thank you, Roxanne.
