Nice walk and learning experience - Interesting to note a few facts about the first immigrants to Thailand more than 700 years ago and the influence of the Portuguese in Talat Noi . Nice Instagramable locations.

♥️ make a payment and go ;) ♥️ - Hallo to all Bangkok travelers. I highly recomend tour throw China town as well as their Food tour. I never seen such a friendly and emphatic tourguide with perfect English and German. We get more then promise…with many personal bonuses ( views, how to behave in temples, stop for drings, stories, historical expl., etc…) I was very gratefull for the hours we spend together in such a bussy place. Wish you all the same experience! Thank you!!!

CHINATOWN - I THOUGHT THIS WAS NOT A WALKING TOUR AS I HAVE DIFFICULY IN WALKING. I ALSO READ THAT WHEELCHAIR IS AVAILABLE, BUT IT WAS NOT. WALKED IN SOME AREAS THAT WERE REALLY HOT, STEAMY & SMELLY. WE TOOK PICTURESN& USED THE GUIDE'S CAMERA, BUT HE NEVER GOT BACK TO US TO SHARE OUR PICTURE. THE GUIDE CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. WE DIDN'T SHOP AS THERE IS NO TIME.

NO SHOW TOUR GUIDE—WASTE OF TIME - Viator confirmed the tour beforehand and sent multiple reminders, but the tour guide did not show up at the meeting point. No contact number was provided for the operator, so I looked them up online and found that it’s a large operator based in the UK, and I could find no local contact. Viator customer service answered promptly when I called but also could not find a BKK based office or get through to the UK office and kept questioning whether I was at the correct meeting spot. I received a refund, but no apology from the actual tour or additional compensation (yet) for my wasted time and effort during my holiday. I vow never to book a tour again with a company that does not have a local office or book a with a middleman like Viator which adds an extra layer of complication for communication.
