Great experience overall that I can recommend - Very well organised tour. Chai, our guide was lovely to have: very kind and helpful, with a very good English and knowledgeable about the region and nature. The tour was challenging but manageable as you can decide to go your own pace. Be aware that most people end up taking the cable car back (due to energy and time) which is a 800k extra per person.

Amazing well-organized hike with great views, lunch and a kind tour guide - We had an amazing experience! Despite our bus being late, the guide was waiting for us and we could still do our tour - we appreciated that very much. The tour guide was very kind and shared interesting information with us on the way and brought a yummy lunch for us. We only managed to hike to Tansipan and decided to take the cable car back due to the delay, but we felt like we got the full experience anyway. We hiked in our sports shoes which was okay, but for the descent good hiking shoes would be useful. The communication before and during the tour was very good and they helped us with storing our luggage and picking us up. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience! - The service was excellent right from booking the trip (got an almost instant message to share more about the trip and getting the info required), picking up (prompt with reminder) to the hike itself. We had a guide to our party of two. The guide Cho was friendly and allowed us to go our own pace. Lunch was tasty. We took the cable car down and were given a ride back to our hotel in Sapa. We really enjoyed ourselves and recommend this.

A tough hike made easy! - I did a one day hike up to Mt Fansipan with my daughter and our guide was an energetic and friendly lady, Ms Ho, of the Hmong tribe. She was very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable about the flora and fauna. She woud be pointing out interesting plants and views on the way even though it was quite foggy unfortunately. A good lunch was arranged for us, taking care of our vegetarian diet. Fruits were offered all along the way. Highly recommended!

What an amazing day - It was an early morning. On the way to the trailhead we saw a beautiful sunrise. The trail started alongside a river with a nice boardwalk then the ascend started through lush green forest. The hike was indeed strenuous (coming from someone that hikes a lot) cause it's mainly stairs. The views though and the trek just unbelievably gorgeous. The lunch was perfect and my guide just really kind. My friend unfortunately hurt her ankle so she took the funicular up but we met up top. We both took the funicular down and Tinh (who runs the company) picked both us up from the parking lot. He even offered us a room in the office to shower and freshen up and we were allowed to leave our luggage while we still explored the city. The level of hospitality and kindness was just outstanding. I can't recommend them and the tour enough. So far it was the best day of the Vietnam travel journey for sure. So again, thank you!!!!
