Highlights
  • Ko Lanta - You will be picked up directly from your hotel on Koh Lanta and meet the boat crew of Opal Travel at Saladan Pier.
  • Saladan Pier - After a short briefing, it is time to cruise by speedboat to Phi Phi Leh in less than 50 minutes.
  • Viking Cave - The first stop is at Viking Cave, where you will slowly pass by the Swiftlets’ nests which are harvested by locals.
  • Ko Phi Phi Lee - Not far from Viking Cave, make the first snorkel stop in Viking Bay with an artificial reef and natural sloping reef.
  • Pileh Bay - Cruise further to Pileh Lagoon for sightseeing the majestic limestone cliffs surrounding the emerald green lagoon.
  • Loh Samah Bay - Continue to Loh Samah Bay, where the captain will moore the speedboat at the floating rubber pier so you can easily walk to the other side of Phi Phi Leh famous for its iconic ‘The Beach’.
  • Maya Bay - Maya Bay is a stunningly beautiful bay that is sheltered by 100-meter high cliffs on three sides. Inside the bay there are several beaches, most are small and some only exist at low tide. The main one is around 200 metres long with silky soft white sand, underwater colourful coral, and exotic fish in exceptionally clear water; the whole bay is one big reef.
  • Ko Phi Phi Don - On Koh Phi Phi Don you can enjoy a rich Thai buffet lunch with chicken Massaman curry, deep fried chicken, stir fried mixed vegetables, steamed rice, fresh seasonal fruits and soft drinks. You can even explore the main island a bit, this little piece of paradise is composed of two rocky ends connected by a thin strip of sand. On each side are the turquoise and emerald coves, Loh Dalam Bay and Ton Sai Bay.
  • Monkey Beach - Spot crab-eating macaques at Monkey Bay (known as Ao Ling in Thai) which is a popular spot on Phi Phi Don Island. Situated near the entrance of Dalum Bay, it’s a small cove, very similar to Monkey Beach apart from the sand, which is thicker and bright yellow. A superb coral reef lies some 50 metres from the beach, offering memorable snorkelling opportunities.
  • Shark Point - Before heading back to Koh Lanta, you will make a last snorkel stop at Shark Point. Here you can spot colourful soft corals and a lot of fish and sea urchins.

Great day! - It was all very easy. They picked us up at the resort and took us to the boat. We were shown some beautiful areas with great photo opportunities. Snorkeling was decent, not the best I have ever experienced, but fun. Lunch was very good food. The area of Ko Phi Phi that boats are allowed to unload is quit busy and not very pleasant. I would think that staying overnight to see the rest of the island would be well worth it. Some folks at our resort did just that and said it was so worth it. They found delicious fresh fish available to eat unlike Ko Lanta.
