The agency is reliable and responds quickly to all queries. For those who are going to visit the Hot Springs, I recommend putting a body and lip moisturizer in your bag, in addition to the items that the agency recommends.

Exceptional service - I really liked Chilenjoy. They are super attentive, they respond promptly, even on January 1st, which was a holiday, I was attended to. The tours are super organized. We also made use of the transfer they recommended and it was great. Truly a great experience!

I do not recommend! - Did not like. Being in the city of Santiago I realized that there is more personalized advice at a better cost. Chilenjoy is basically an intermediary between the client and a local agency, on the tour there were clients from several agencies who were being served by one that "actually" did the tour and it is clear that there is no curation to select this outsourcing, as the service during the tour itself wasn't the best, places that stopped to rent clothes, restaurants, etc. were very run down and with inflated prices - certainly the flow of commissions is high and affects the final product (customer experience) be harmed, there were other better places on the way. Transfer from the Airport to the Hotel was "ok", but it was not worth the price charged when compared to the price of an Uber Black, for example cheaper) and easily requested at the Airport. I don't recommend it due to the terrible value for money and lack of attention.
