A great way to see the beautiful waters of PR! - Fun and relaxing experience. Great tour guides! It’s definitely a workout on your arms, but worth it for the scenery in Puerto Rico

Voyage the Condado Lagoon - The guides Darien and Lebron were excellent! The atmosphere was calming, refreshing and serene!! You couldn’t cap off a hot and humid day with out taking part on an excursion like this!! I will be back!!

More Guidance is Needed - We were really excited for this experience. However, I had never kayaked. The kayaking instructions before the tour and the guidance provided in the water were very inadequate. Thank goodness my daughter had kayaked before. The guide was far ahead of us and never waited for those of us in the rear to catch-up. I doubt they can see everybody during the tour. The only lights are what's around your necks & on your faces. Please spend more time instructing people! Also, I highly suggest wearing bug spray.

Poorly advertised and questionable charges/fees changing per hour. - There is ZERO signage and no phone number to call. There is no way to know where they are, where to go, or where to park. Maybe locals know but absolutely no way for visiting people and guests to know. Highly stressful. Unprofessional. That’s step one and not a good one. Step two: park next to the Condado Apartment building and the Hilton Garden hotel in parking deck $$. Walk behind the buildings and look for a gate to open up to walk to lagoon between the trees. Once you find where you are supposed to be the guides are super kind and friendly! It’s a stunning view at night. (9pm tour) Step three: only come as you are and leave towel and shoes and keys in a locked Rubbermaid chest. You are provided the required Life jacket/vest. Step four: The Tour! Do not expect to see bio luminescence or manatee. Expedia or VIP gasket advertises that but expect a lovely serene kayak experience in the night and fish swimming beneath you. Finally: Expedia changes the price from $65 per adult to $25 and then $15. We got ripped off. We paid $110 before taxes and apparently should have paid $55 plus $15=$70. Where is our $40 ?? VIP Adventures needs to get on this. We booked with them in 2021 and it was much better.
