Accommodation is difficult and if your expectation is to have comfortable rooms, this is not the tour, they are inhospitable tours, but if you decide to take it you will find the warmth, kindness and great care of the Chilean and Bolivian guides to make you feel comfortable. If your interest is to find impressive landscapes, this tour will definitely surprise you.

Best tour and guides - We reserved the tour a few days before our arrival in San Pedro. Everything was communicated super clearly via WhatsApp. Sometimes a little later in the evening, but the information came clearly and distinctly. If you had any questions you could just WhatsApp. I thought our guides Renata and Francisco were the best. Super enthusiastic people with a lot of knowledge. Our driver was also super friendly and took us everywhere safely. I loved that veggie was provided. I could also pass this on for lunch. Both breakfast and lunch were well prepared and very tasty. We also saw very beautiful things where we were given enough time and interesting explanations from Renata and Francisco! Definitely recommend this tour and company.

Tour Atacama - It was three incredible days of lots of learning and beautiful landscapes that yielded wonderful photos. The highlight was the guide João, who is extremely charismatic and attentive to the passengers and drivers Davi, Pato and Geraldo. Brazilians going to Atacama, ask for a tour with this guide! Punctual and the snacks/meals on the tours are wonderful and very organized. I recommend!

Dream fulfilled. - Highly recommend Pukarumi. Every second of the experience was great. Some other visitors on the tour had bad experiences with some other operators but not with this tour operator. Others can be difficult to communicate with but Pukarumi keeps everyone up to date with a group whatsapp for each tour. Everything ran very smoothly and according to schedule. Take their advice about difficultness of certain tours - between the altitude and some of the treks, it can be very hard work. I did want to give up on occasion, but i didnt and all of the tours are possible and worth completing. Baltinache is the easiest. Valle de La Lune the hardest, but spectacular. Piedras Rojas was equally as hard but only because of the altitude it was at, the walk is not that distant. The Tatio Geysers, i dont know because i had to leave early but it was as high as Piedra Rojas and im glad i had the rest. Still, the tours are one of the highlights of my travelling life. The guides were passionate and knowledgeable and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The catering was great too! Big up to guide Francisco, Ancelmo and Walter on the Baltinache Tour. Very fun team. Same for Nico on Valle de La Luna and Nicole on Piedras Rojas. I cant remember the name of our driver on the last two tours but he was such a lovely guy.

Wonderful experience - The tour was fantastic, the guides were all very friendly and approachable, specifically the guide Christian was very knowledgeable and explained many things to us. We saw authentic wonders. We will not forget the Atacama Desert.

Almost everything was good - Almost everything was good with the agency, I booked 4 tours in 3 days.- 1- Astronomical: Great, excellent attention from the hosts, talk, cocktail and photography, in other years I had attended with another agency and cannot compare to this year's experience. 2- Purilibre: Great, we were only 3 people so it was personalized, especially thank the guide Cristian, who showed a lot of knowledge and accompanied my mother throughout the trek, without a doubt the guide made the tour a great experience. The marching ration is very strong. 3- Geyser: Great, the guide Teresa and the driver, very welcoming and entertaining, willing to answer all questions and prepared an exquisite breakfast. 4- Laguna Cejar: Mediocre. They relocated us to another agency with a low level of service. The first part of the tour was incomplete (I had done the tour in other years and the route was more complete) and arriving at the lagoon they never gave us the robes for the departure (it was stupid because at the same time the agency was with another group and all of them were wearing robes ), but the most ordinary thing was the snack, it was never pisco sour, but rather a watery wine that they called Burgundy. The friendly guide but inferior to the others. In short, it is a better level agency than others (I have been to SPA 4 times). I recommend that clients, when hiring, make sure that the tours are executed by the agency, since when they fill the quotas, they refer them to other agencies (common practice among agencies).
