Orangatans and more! - Guide Herman and driver Ben were fantastic from start to finish. Herman is so knowledgeable about the local area and we were thrilled to see orangatangs, proboscis monkeys, and sun bears along with a huge millipede and a black mamba cobra! Great experience!!

Memories.. - I have a good experience and the staff has a better service. I really satisfied and enjoy it. Other than that the environment is also clean and comforting.

Nature on your doorstep - The best lodge in sukau kinabatangan in borneo..Amazing of wildlife..Nice food nice staff. made you feel like you were home and extremely attentive.the boat trip staff were highly knowledgeable about the animals and very safety conscious!

Day trip from kota Kinabalu - We had an amazing day . Really pleased with pick up and drop of at our hotel the Shangrila rasa ria as had read earlier reviews cars were always waiting for us excellent service. Our guide was knowledgeable and ensured we got to viewing early to get best view before it got busy . We went to see the orangutan but have to say the probiscous monkeys were a real highlight for us as so many and came so close. Would recommend trip to other travellers especially if worried about pick ups to airport etc.

Borneo Tour with Trip a Deal - We had the most amazing 10 day tour of Sabah with Sarah as our tour guide who was fantastic very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw lots of wildlife and had a great time very friendly locals.

Wonderful experience seeing wildlife. - The 3 experiences were all unique, allowing for close viewing of the animals in a safe environment. Our guide, Yan, is one of the best guides we have had anywhere in the world. Her enthusiasm for her job shows in the way she researches to give up to date information not just for the subject matter but also for her country. She was very knowledgeable, cheery and adaptable, answering all our questions. She is obviously well respected by the other guides too. We would recommend this tour to see the animals and learn about them and what is being done to secure their future.

Highly recommended - We visited the Sepilok Orang Utan Sanctuary and Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary. Borneo Trails efficiently organised this day trip from KK for our family. All the staff were very friendly, and our guide Mr Awang Rusli was extremely informative, approachable, and very welcoming. We will certainly use their services again if we return to Borneo. I found them a very trustworthy company to deal with.

A glimpse into wildlife - Our tour was part of Tripadeal from Australia for 10 days. Brendan the tour leader was fantastic, so informative and funny, and passionate about his country. We really missed him when we did the 2 days add-on to Kuala Lumpur. It was great to see the different varieties of monkeys and orangutangs learning skills to allow them to go back and fend for themselves in the wild. The visit to see the Sun Bears was a highlight for me, and to hear about the wonderful work being done there

Don’t do this tour - The tour says up to $208 usd for two people, and throughout the booking process and checking out it is still $208 usd. However, once I paid - The price automatically changed to confirmation- paid $416 usd. The actual experience -I filled out the registration form specifying my food allergies. This was further confirmed at the restaurant. The samewaiter that confirmed she understood my allergies brought out the food so I ate it. However, every single dish had gluten ( Which is what I’m allergic to). I’m still suffering the consequences of eating their food. This is unacceptable behaviour and I hope to be compensated for this
