Great tour with Helen! - This was a great tour! I enjoyed getting to see so much in a single day trip. Helen was a great guide and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed this tour and seeing so much of Valparaiso, and especially having the pastel de choclo at La Conquistada, per Helen’s recommendation!

High Yield Valparaiso Tour with Nacho! - We only had a short time in Santiago and wanted to make the most of it. We saw the tour with Nacho going to Valparaiso and booked out because of all the outstanding reviews. The pickup at the hotel was seamless. He was very informative about the locations we went to. He was a great guide and willed hard to speak in both Spanish and English to accommodate all the travelers. I really appreciated him helping with pictures so that we did not feel pressured to capture everything on the tour. We got great bang for the buck. The Emiliana winery to finish was great and I felt happy to get one of the best wines in Chile to bring back home to the states. Thank you Nacho!

Excellent tour of Vina Del Mar and Valparaiso! - Pablo was an excellent guide and pulled our group of 13 together easily, encouraging participation and camaraderie. It was a very fun day with lunch in Valparaiso (on our own but with the group) and we stopped at a beautiful winery on our way back to Santiago where we tasted a Carmenere wine, which is the grape that was once thought to be a Merlot. A really great tour and a great day! Thanks, Pablo!

Informative, comfortable and fun - What an EXCELLENT tour! Our guide Miguel and our driver Israel really made the day easy, comfortable and extremely interesting. Any question we asked was easily answered and Miguel has such a varied knowledge on Chilean and local history, local areas of interest and more! We explored the city at a comfortable pace but were still able to see plenty and actually much more than we expected. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you're only in Santiago for a short time and want to see the surrounds.

Wish we had more time in Valparaiso - Our tour guide Steve was truly wonderful, so full of energy and knowledge. He even went above and beyond and took photographs of our group. We had a full group but it still felt intimate. The hotel pick up and drop offs were smooth. I appreciated the variety of stops that we made and all the sights we got to take in. The lunch stop in Valparaiso was delicious. The only thing I would change is that I wish we had spent more time exploring Valparaiso. It felt like we had only walked down a few streets. In all honesty the vineyard stop didn't do much for me and if you weren't interested in buying wine then you felt kind of stuck there. I would have preferred a tour that removed that stop and spent more time seeing and learning about Valparaiso.

Not the wonderful city that I expected - Valparaiso has seen its days. Some parts of this city are nice, others are not worth visiting. I only give 3Stars for some reasons. Booked this trip including hotel pickup. I contacted several times the agency. Impossible to get an answer. The ticket said 8am. Was sitting in the lobby, nobody showed up. Tried again several times, even contacted Viator. At 9.30am the guide showed up to tell me that they sent several messages. However, none of those messages got through to me (used the wrong phone number) and also the agency did not answer(email). I was very angry. Sat in the lobby since 7.45am. Valparaiso is not that interesting. Historically important in the 19th century, I was disappointed. Glad that I did the tour (like in many other countries) but would I revisit? No. Like one if those cities where you say „ been there, seen it , done it“
