Starting from Sarlat, take a brief trip to the Dordogne Valley.

Absolutely Awesome Experience!!! - David is a kind and knowledgeable guide. We had a fabulous time on our tour with David. He was much better than any of the other tour guides we have had in France. He explained lots of history to us and more about all the sites we vidited and drove by.
We highly recommend this tour and David and his company to anyone visiting Dordogne.

Perfect way to enjoy the Dordogne Valley - David was the perfect guide to help us see and enjoy the highlights of the beautiful Dordogne Valley. A great variety of sites (and sights), and tons of fascinating info about the region’s history, architecture and agriculture.

Dordogne valley 1/2 day tour. - We started the day at the Rouffignac cave where we saw pre history cave drawings. We went to a 12th century church and then our guide David made a reservation for my wife and I for lunch at a very good local restaurant in St Leon sur Vezere. We both had duck and it was delicious. We toured a manor house and castle and then went to a castle built into a cliff that was also a prehistoric cave dwelling. David was very knowledgeable about the caves and castles that he took us to. He was very helpful and his van was clean and comfortable. We are very glad that we took this tour. I don’t think we would have gotten the most out of our time doing these sites by ourselves.

A perfect way to start your Perigord holidays! - David the owner of Exploreo24 picked us up in front of our hotel and gave us a perfect impression of the nicest scenic and ancient spots around Sarlat within four hours. We learnt a lot about French history and agriculture of the Perigord. We would recommend this private minibus tour for everybody at the beginning of a trip to this perfect place. Last but not least we would like to thank David for the recommendation of the prehistoric caves of Cougnac. We visited lots of caves but this was definitely number 1!

David picked us up (on time) in his clean, comfortable van and we visited Cougnac cave, which was really spectacular. - This tour was excellent in every way. David was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. If you need a tour guide in the Les Eyzies area, and especially if you’re interested in prehistory, you should use Exploreo. You will be glad you did.

Good trip - Lovely half day trip with very knowledgeable and kind David. Very much recommend. Only criticism is that the tour only lasted 3 hours, so for the price we would have loved it to last the full 4. However, we did learn a ton
