- Kerid Crater - Kerid, also known as Kerið, is a volcanic crater lake located in South Iceland, along the Golden Circle route. It is a part of the Western Volcanic Zone and is approximately 6500 years old. What makes Kerid unique is its stunning appearance – the crater is characterized by its vividly colored red volcanic rock, with a lake that has formed within the caldera.
The lake within Kerid is relatively shallow and exhibits a strikingly vivid blue-green color. Surrounding the crater, there are steep slopes of red volcanic rock and green moss, creating a picturesque and contrasting landscape. The caldera is about 55 meters deep, 170 meters wide, and 270 meters across.
Kerid is a popular stop for tourists exploring the Golden Circle due to its unique geological features and the opportunity to witness the beautiful color contrasts of the landscape.

Amazing trip - It was a pleasure taking this tour with Sergey! He's extremely knowledgeable, kind, and very personable! He's also very accommodating to adding detours to the tour if you'd like!
Sergey provided the utmost safety, a clean and comfortable environment, and most importantly provided a great experience throughout the Golden Circle!

It was perfect! - We had a wonderful time with Sergey. He was so helpful and responsive when we had questions or were coordinating logistics. As for the actual tour, we had a great day. We saw so much and Sergey took great pictures of the whole family. Plus his car was clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see golden circle.

Nordix tour - We really enjoyed having a private tour of the Golden Circle with Sergey as our guide. We loved that we could go at our own pace throughout the tour and had great conversation with Sergey. He was really knowledgeable about Iceland’s Geography and had all sorts of interesting information to share. His Tesla had a really nice topographic map that he could refer to when he was explaining the geography. The car was also especially clean and comfortable. As an added bonus, Sergey took lots of photos of my husband and I all around the beautiful landmarks of the Golden Circle which we really appreciated because we rarely have photos of the both of us when we are traveling alone. Thanks for a memorable experience Sergey

Amazing 😻 - Sergey was not only very knowledgeable but super easy to be around. It was a beautiful experience that I would urge any new comers to Iceland to have.
Sergey's Tesla was such an amazing vehicle to drive around in as there are plenty of windows to be able to see a panoramic view of the beautiful Iceland landscape.
I would highly recommend going on Sergey's tour as the locations he brought us to were beautiful and unforgettable.

Friends at the Golden Circle - Sergey was amazing. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable about the area. Helped us take great pictures to remember the sights Truly impressed the way he guided us around including getting lunch. Fab day!
