Everything was excellent and as expected - Excellent service! Provider confirmed with us 2 days prior as to where they would be located holding a sign with our name. Driver was where they said, very easy to find. Brought us to vehicle just across the street from arrival hall, loaded our luggage and off we went. The journey to our hotel took about an hour as expected. Driver was very safe, vehicle very clean and spacious. If I were to travel to Seoul again, I would definitely use this provider again.

Easy way to get to Seoul from the airport! - There are cheaper ways in and out of the city, but the service was easy, fast, and 100% fuss free, which is what you want when you are visiting somewhere for the first time. I recommend!

Absolutely wonderful - This was great service. The driver was waiting for us at the arrival door with a sign of our name. Made it very easy. The van was clean and comfortable. Definitely would use them again.

Got us to the hotel - The driver met us with a sign, and then we had to follow him outside to the parking structure, then wait for him to drive the car around. It was bloody cold. It was nice to have a full size van for the hour-long trip to the city.
Sometimes on these transfers the driver provides water but no water on this trip.

It would have been too small if we had luggage - Not sure if our luggage had arrived with us that it would have fitted in the car. Driver was OK but said little or nothing.

This was a deal breaker - We had booked the airport to hotel transfer due to our late arrival and wanting the convenience of being on our way faster. The driver was waiting for us when w arrived and he was very polite, greeting us & helping with our bags. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and well maintained.
My only complaint, although a big deal for me in current times was that the driver coughed continuously on the almost 1 hour drive to our hotel. He did not cover his mouth or wear a mask and I was concerned that he was sick & we would also fall ill. Otherwise, I wouldn't have any complaints. This was a deal breaker for me.
