Dana Nature Reserve - Wadi Al Ghuweir.
This Wadi is one of the most impressive in Jordan, and is as spectacular but lesser known than Wadi Al Mujib. The water running through the Wadi brings something special to the experience, and the plants that this stream gives life to make the Wadi very colourful. The path starts near a small village, where the Wadi begins and quickly becomes a narrow canyon with a small stream running through it. The rocks you will see on the way are beautifully varied in shades of red, yellow and orange, and the pink oleander flowers and abundant green foliage make it a really dreamlike landscape.
