Great experience - An incredible experience to visit this underground salt mine 2 hours from Bucharest. The microclimate is spectacular and it is really impressive. It only costs about $10 per person.

One day trip to salt mines and peles Castle. - We are family of 5 and we did one day trip with Vladimir Tours on 24th of August. Before the trip we were given accurate information and their representative picked us from our hotel on time. Very nice big Mercedes van, with friendly tour guide, with good English and local knowledge. He was very flexible and gave us enough time on salt mines and peles Castle. He helped us buy tickets in the castle salt mines. Overall great experience, Will highly recommend if you travel with family. Will definitely use them again

Amazing day trip! - We had day trip with Vladi in the Salt Mine and Sinaia. the guide Vladi was amazing. He knows all the history in perfect ditales and exept this, Vladi is really good man and very funny that can help with anything you need. The Salt Mine was huge and wonderful (Vladi even gave us warm clothes because it's cold in there). After this we drove to Sinaia in green roads and went to the top of the mountain to one of the best views I ever seen. Ofcourse Vladi took us after this to delicious authentic restaurant. Wonderful and recommended day!

Salt Mines, Peles Castle and cable car - must tour! - Absolutely fantastic tour, so glad we did this with Vladi Tours. The whole day was amazing, seeing some fantastic things Romania had to offer. Definitely a must, all three parts of the tour were simply breathtaking. Our guide George was superb, he really made the day for us. Thank you to Vladi Tours for a great day!

A combination of The Salt Mine, Peles Castle and the cable car with Valdi Tours is a MUST trip in Romania - We did a private tour with Vlad to the Salt Mine, Peles Castle and the cable car. It was a family favorite for myself, spouse and my 20 year old son. It was a wonderful combination because it was a 2 hour ride to the salt mine and on the way you get a great overall history of Romania. Vlad is open and honest and answers whatever questions you may have. You spend the day together so a relationship is built and Vlad then recommended restaurants for us to try that is great food, price and authentic. The salt mine is a huge cavernous space that must be experienced hard to describe. Peles Castle was the most tourist location we went to in Romania. We went on a Thursday but it was still very full and the location has only 2 restrooms for ladies. The lines to see the inside of the castle is long so if this is a must on your list plan accordingly. The castle and the grounds are beautiful. The cable car/gondola to the top of the Carpathian mountain is spectacular and not enough people experience this. The views are breathtaking. There are more mountains than the eyes can see. I highly recommend Vlad and this tour and I am sure all the other tours that he does will be with professionalism, enthusiasm and fun!

Tour with vladi - Whenever we are in Romania, we make sure to tske a tour with Vladi. He is full of knowledge, nice, warm and gives best value for money. Altough he offers buss tours we allways prefer to take private tours, even if they cost more. Today we took Vladi's advice snd went to the huge Salt mines - the largest one in Europe. We enjoyed the beautifull raoad to and from the mibes as well as Vlad's great stories of Romanian history and culture.

Poor start good finish - Book this trip over the web and looked forward to seeing the Peles castle. However, on another tour we took as told that castle was closed on Monday and Tuesday! No warning on the website etc of this so very pissed off!! Driver was sympathic about it but there should have been a warning only open Wed to Fri to be fair to tourists who are buying the tour and expect to see what is offered. Salt mine was just amasing such a large holes cut in the rock just amasing!!! The guide was good and offered a safe drive and good knowledge, hence a good finish. However, it is still not good that the customer was offered no warning that thye could not visit the inside of the castle on their tour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
