Great, relaxing gondola ride - Booked online and arrived on a cruise ship. From the punctual pickup at the port to the return trip, everything went great. Really great organization. Very short waiting times for the gondola, drinks and bus. From the start, everything (round trip, gondola, hike, drinks) was done in a group of 12.

Relax and Enjoy this Tour! - Had a wonderful experience on the St. Lucia Aerial Tram Tour at Rainforest Adventures. Our guide, Prince, was great at explaining the vegetation and answering any questions our group had. He even entertained us with a guessing game. It was so relaxing and refreshing gliding along. Even one of our friends who is afraid of heights had no problem on this tour. I would definitely do this again if given the opportunity!

Excellent experience - We had a terrific morning in this beautiful place. Loved the peace and tranquility of the rainforest environment. We had a knowledgeable and interesting guide with us who shared a wealth of information about the plants and animals in this wonderful place. We also enjoyed the 20-30 walk around the floor of the rainforest to look at the flowers in more detail and ask questions.

Fun aerial tram excursion - We took the aerial tram tour during a cruise ship stop. There was a short bus ride from the port to the location. The bus driver gave us good information about the country on the drive. Upon arrival, they had very nice bathrooms for a quick stop before departing. The excursion started with a moderate hike through the rainforest, where our guide, Melissa, did a wonderful explanation of the flora and fauna during the walk. The hike was approximately 30 minutes. The aerial tram was next, either another excellent guide, Precious. The tram tide was about 45-minutes. The rain forest was beautiful, with lots of opportunities for pictures and videos. Precious did more explanations about the area. When the tour ended, we were offered two types of complimentary juice. Overall, 5-stars for the excursion and guides.

Well worth a visit. - This tour is fantastic. A guide with your party the whole time, who are friendly and very informative. 60 minutes on the tram. 25 minutes on the trail. Nice gift shop and cafe area. Able to purchase photos of selves on the tram. We arranged transport from the port with them that was paid on arrival at the venue. $20 each. Saw lots of hummingbirds. Didn't do the zip lines but they looked great.

The wait time was unacceptable! We only did tram and had to wait for everyone else to do hike and zip lining - Tram ride was very enjoyable but wait time was unacceptable! We signed up for team only and we had to sit around and wait for everyone to do their hike and zip lining

Absolute rip off when transferring :-( - The tour itself was ok, but the transfer fees were an ABSOLUTE rip-off, simply outrageous and that ruined the entire tour for me because of this incredible manner and the lack of goodwill/insight. Transfer was quoted at $10 per person. There were two of us, we were charged $40, they said it would only cost $10 per person if you book with at least four people, we were sold as if we had a transfer for two and therefore had to pay more. We then had a transfer in a minibus with 13!!! Persons. Even after repeated inquiries, they insisted that we had only booked for two people. It doesn't work at all and it really put me in a bad mood. Rest was OK. But it's a rip-off and a "smuggling through of masses", including long waiting times
