Fun hr cruise - Easy really fun informative 1 hour tour. Audio and headsets provided. Very fun and great crew. Calm waters and everyone has a good view.

Excellent, short cruise within Stockholm - Nice way to get to know Stockholm’s canals, historical buildings, spots of famous events (i.e. spot where the ship Vasa sunk) from the water. Seats are comfortable, audio was easy to follow, and it is available in different languages.

Royal Canal Tour Stockholm, recommended - Booking the boat trip was easy. It's great that you receive several reminder emails before the tour with precise information about the boarding point, etc. The boat trip was very informative and entertaining. 50 minutes, not too long and not too short.

Good overview of the city. - First half was very interesting. Second half not so much. English commentary through the ear pieces was easy to understand. Sit on the left side.

Good tour - bring earbuds - The boat ride was nice. I wish we would've brought our own earbuds so we could've sat in the back and streamed the audio. As it was, we initially sat in the back and then realized we would need earbuds for that section. Since we didn't have them, we had to move up where there was then limited space to sit. Boat was comfortable and easy to access.

Could’ve been better - -too way to long to board -way too closed up and not enough open windows -no narration and ear phones did not work; should’ve offered in Swedish and/or English -no drinks offered as advertised

Good trip but book direct - Unfortunately due to low water levels we were not able to sail through the actual canal but sailed up to it & back, then a little way, the other side of the island. However this was not announced until after we set off. Otherwise, it was interesting with commentary in a number of languages - they provided earphones. Also book direct with Stromma, NOT trip advisor/Viator. Our train to Stockholm was delayed by 5 hours so we missed the booked trip. Viator just kept quoting no cancellation within 24 hours - we didn't want to cancel just reschedule. However Stomma honoured the tickets the following day when we went to their ticket office

Not what we expected - We booked the canal tour. After we got onto the boat and the boat started moving were we then informed that the water level was too low that the boat couldn’t pass through the canals. They ended up taking us on just a normal tour through Stockholm but we were really bummed about not seeing the canals and wish they would have told us before we got on the boat.

Boring & Lacked involvement - There’s really no warmth or real guidance to the tour. Just get on & then work out for yourself to use the QR code or that there were even headphones. A bit more effort with the customers needs to be made.

Nice when it rains - Nothing royal about it. Route was adapted to the water level, we could not pass under the bridges. We had done this trip by ferry the day before. The captain completed the tour at high speed, 24 km/hr where possible.
