Cheese and Wine experience - This trip was the experience of a lifetime. Special thanks to our outstanding guide Oksana for making this experience happen for us. The pickup and transportation was smooth, and we had the opportunity to see local history of Telavi as well, despite the snow and fog. A walk through the local farmer's style market / bazaar was enjoyable. The hosts at each stop made us feel like family, and the wine tasting was truly memorable. Getting the opportunity to experience the unique Georgian wine making in a family setting and the ability to ask questions as well as taste the wines was remarkable. The highlight of our whole trip to Georgia has to be the cheese tasting and quiet meal in a family setting at Odlisi Cheese bar. This friendly and gracious family showed their passion for their cheese business, and left us with such pleasant memories.
