Embark on a two-hour journey to the illustrious summer abode and gardens once inhabited by the royal family. Be transported to a period of grandeur as you traverse the awe-inspiring display rooms, wander around the stunning baroque gardens, and experience a regal persona for a while. Your guide will help you bypass the long queue to the palace, a celebrated World Heritage Site and one of Austria’s most frequented destinations. In 2018, the palace welcomed 4 million visitors. To ensure an unhindered experience, headphones will be provided to listen to the guide without disruption.

Our tour of the palace and the garden will start at the Ehrenhofbrunnen, that is the first fountain on your right side after you will enter through the big black gate to the grounds of the Schönbrunnpalace. Please look for the tour guide holding a green umbrella. Please be at the meetup location 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled meet up time.

A worthwhile experience, and a good value - We spend a wonderful few hours at the Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens. It was a worthwhile experience, and we are glad that we booked a guided tour rather than visit on our own.

Emjoyanble and Interesting! - Our guide took us through the rooms that were available for viewing with stories and descriptions of the history behind many of the rooms and the paintings. He was very enthusiastic and we enjoyed him a lot. Then we walked all arounds the grounds and the beautiful gardens. It was a great and informative and enjoyable tour!

Worth your time - The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. We learned quite a bit from this tour. The only reason I gave a 4, not a 5, star rating is that there were 30 people in our tour - I'd preferred a smaller group. Other than that, it met our expectations.

Our guide was hard to understand - It was convenient to get in with a guide.
However, although it was an English tour, the guide was not a native English speaker. We only caught about half of what he was saying. Also, he was not very clear. This was disappointing.

Our guide did not speak a clear English - While the palace was beautiful and it was convenient to get in with a guide, we were disappointed with our guide. His English was hard to understand which was very frustrating so we only caught about half of what he said. Also the content of what he shared was not coherent and we felt we were getting snippets of ideas rather than a coherent overview
