Additional Information

Explore the historical richness of Praga, a district in Warsaw, situated just over the Vistula river from the Old Town of Warsaw. This neighborhood, spared significant destruction during World War II, is steeped in centuries-old history.
Join me in front of the PKP building as we set off on an exploration of this distinctive Warsaw locale. Stroll through old 19th-century tenements that have remained unaltered since WWII and get a peek into their backyards. Discover locations from Polanski’s film ‘The Pianist’, local artists’ workshops, intriguing antique stores, and my top picks for street art. Gaze at the variety of religious architectural wonders and traverse through renovated former industrial sites.
This tour provides a unique glimpse into an alternative, hip, and genuine side of Warsaw. Experience the particular charm and atmosphere as you meander its streets, rubbing shoulders with residents who have called this district home for many generations.

Warsaw off the beaten path - When you visit Warsaw and want to experience something more than just touristy Old Town, Praga is the best choice. We saw places that we would never go on our own, it`s a real hidden treasure of Warsaw, and Łukasz knows everything about it.

Warsaw must-see - After taking the bike tour we decided to join Łukasz`s Praga Tour which is more "off the beaten track" kind of place. We went to fascinating places we wouldn't otherwise know. It`s a must-see place, amazing insights into the non-touristy part of the city!

Extremely curious tour! Must do! - We’ve truly enjoyed this tour with a knowledgeable and very pleasant guide who was able to answer all of our questions. He was gladly sharing Warsaw tips, showed some really cool and more secret places in Praga that you usually won’t be able to see with a regular tour. This is a must do experience!

You must see Warsaw Praga with Lukas! Unforgettable experience! - Lukas is a great person - a diamond among Warsaw guides. We expected a lot while arranging the warsaw praga tour and looking at the reviews. But what Łukasz showed us exceeded our wildest expectations. He showed us Praga as few have seen, like we steped back in time. Hiddenn places, local backyards - all this we would have missed if we were on our own. He is an expert in his profession. Unforgettable warsaw tour with private guide. We highly recommend Lukas! Paweł and Natalia

An Absolute MUST! - Lukasz led a friend and I on a custom tour of Warsaw, with a focus on the Praga District. To start, he asked us about what we were interested to see that day, and worked the day around that. We covered lots of ground! Highlights included seeing some sites where “The Pianist” was filmed, walking around and lunch in the Praga district, and storied details around Lazienki park. We also stopped for yummy local snacks and beverages, and we ended back at our city apartment. It was a full, fascinating, and beautiful day with Lukasz.

not to miss! - Łukasz is an excellent guide! He is easygoing, flexible and above all: he knows his stuff. Łukasz points out different objects, he tells short stories rather than summarising dull facts and he shows hidden gems that you would otherwise pass by. Also, Praga is a district worth visiting, very nice vibe. Definitely recommend!
