ANNOUNCEMENT: RESERVATIONS FOR ALL OUR TRAVELERS ARE CONFIRMED AND WAITING AT GATE 1! NO LINES! This mode of experiencing the national park is ideal for those preferring not be grouped and instructed by tour guides. However, if desired, a guide is available as a included option.
We’ve observed over the years that a majority of our patrons prefer to venture through the park independently. Therefore, we provide them with a 6-hour time frame to explore the national park at their leisure and offer a map with a recommended trail.
The trip spans roughly about 10 hours, accounting for the bus journey and the time (6 hours) spent within the national park. If you adhere to our suggested route, you should be able to cover the entire national park in approximately 4 hours, leaving you with an additional 2 hours for rest, photo ops, and lunch.The driver will acquire the reserved tickets at gate 1 and included in the fare is a complimentary train and boat ride. For information regarding the national park entry fee schedule, please refer to the additional details section.
- Free hotel pick up and drop off is available in Zadar town only ! And the time of pick up depends on which side of town your apartment is , we will contact you about this matter in advance . For pick ups out of town there will be some extra charge
- We recommend good walking shoes for this excursion.
- Tickets are booked for entrance 1 , 10:00 am , please bring cash for tickets !
- Entrance ticket prices : April , May and October - 23 euro , June July and September - 35 euro , March - 10 euro. Students and kids get cheaper tickets , just bring student ID please.

Beautiful national park - Well organised trip with very clear instructions from the guide. You had plenty of time in the national park to explore and you could either chose to explore by yourself or stay with the guide. The park itself is absolutely stunning, the initial part of the park is incredibly busy but as you get further in it quietens out

Beautiful waterfall park - Beautiful park, even in the rain. Waterfalls amazing. Route B was just right for us. The trip was well run and we were given all the information we needed.

Smoothly run trip, beautiful park - Lovely day, despite it raining most of the time! The park is beautiful and we could see everything clearly with only a little mist high up. The coach ride was smooth and we were given all the information needed to make our own way round. You could go with the guide round route C if you wanted to, but as route B was recommended for older people and I also have feet issues, we opted for that, and it was good to go at our own pace and stop for photos when we wanted. We were well prepared for the weather with our macs as we are from the UK, but many of the other passengers weren’t, I was impressed that the driver had lots of plastic rain ponchos for them to use. We had a brilliant time and will never forget Plitvice Lakes.

Perfect day trip! - Perfect day trip. Recommended for solo travelers / couples/ families. You will have plenty of time to enjoy the walk, boat ride and bus ride. The bus ride from Zadar will take you to the lakes in around 2 hours each way.

Breathtaking Beauty!! - It was very easy to arrange and find the meet up point. The transport to the lakes was comfortable and well organised within break en route to pick up snacks etc. The guide explained everything really well to us all.l, and well the park itself was breathtakingly beautiful!!!

Awesome experience at this magical place - We had an amazing experience today with Elegance Tours. Their communication before the trip was excellent. I found their number on Facebook and booked the trip through what's app, from England. They reserved my seats and I only paid on the bus. Initially, they had quoted £173 but the park had reduced the cost for the day so they refunded us the extra money which came to us as a surprise and we paid £145. All thanks to them as otherwise we were happy to pay the initial amount.
Bus is really comfortable and has AC. They even picked us from nearby our apartment. The guide is really helpful, got us the tickets so we didn't have to queue. He also gave us the guidance on which route to take to explore the park. Everything was fine. Great weather, comfortable transport, magical place. Would recommend Elegance to anyone wanting to explore Plitvice lakes. It is a must do if you are in Zadar. Words can't describe the beauty of this place.

Great self-guided day trip - We needed a transfer from Zadar to Plitvice and back and we got exactly that. Our guide got us the tickets for the park and we had 6 hours to explore the park at our own pace. The route C was recommended, and we get to see almost everything, the upper lakes, lower lakes, the waterfalls, from above, at different water levels. It was a wonderful day trip for us.

The park is absolutely... - The park is absolutely stunning although very busy. I did the C track and had more than enough time to do the track and relax for a couple of hours.

Do yourself a favor... - The company did not pick us up at our address but asked us to walk three blocks to a supermarket. In the bus, on the way, the guide passed around a white photocopied map and asked everyone to take a picture of it (cheesy). It turns out, there are very easy maps on the grounds as you start. The skip the line part was silly because even with a ton of tourists there, there was no line. Save yourself money and take the regular bus for ten euros to the park and then pay the park entrance fee. The park, itself, is well worth the entrance fee ($24). On top of what we paid, we would have been better off with the traditional bus.
