Great time - We had a great day with Aod. Lots of explanations about the sites and Thailand and lots of attention. Water, cold wipes to quench your thirst, etc. It was a great memory with friends, thank you, save yours, Aod, great organization, come on. there without worries

Very happy with SeaStar company !! - Tour to James Bond Island!! When entering SeaStar for the first time, I really liked when checking in 5/5. Clean place 5/5. Snacks and drinks in the middle of the room 5/5. Not hot and sweaty room when waiting for the boat 5/5. Excellent fantastic guide with good humor (Maya)(Mild) explains really well and takes good care of the customers before getting on the boat and throughout the whole day 5/5 🤩The tour went really well and everyone back on time and happy. Highly recommend going with this SeaStar company!

Recommended, but not for everyone! - A bit of a marmite trip. You will either love it or hate it. It split our group but in the end we agreed to recommend it. Positives. Excellent transfer service, was able to book through TripAdvisers own service (excellent) Speedboat was able to get you to 4 locations quickly so you got to do a lot more sight seeing of Must see areas, hence the recommendation. Negatives. The boat is basically a fast taxi service, you can’t see out of it and it was very uncomfortable as we had poorish weather. Recommend you sit in the very back for best ride. At least here you can see views out of the back. But you will have to put up with the noise of the engines. Loud!!!! Don’t get me wrong, it was exhilarating, but certainly not relaxing! Check the itinerary. It said raft through mangroves. This didn’t happen but we did canoe through caves instead. Feel that’s a balanced overview, with a recommend trip, as the outcome.

Great fun for all - Even though the weather was very rainy and rough seas, an enjoyable experience with excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff James Bond island part did not disappoint, great photo opportunities Plenty of time at each area of the trip Food at lunch was plenty and well varied for all tastes Would recommend for all ages Only downside, a long drive from our hotel in Khao Lak. The main start point is south of Phuket airport. Transport to and from was well organised and great air conditioning

Tourist trap - It was just too much of a tourist trap for my taste . Very crowded, but they did deliver what was advertised .

Good trip but not more - Very nice staff and good organized. But dont know why the words "premium" beeing used. Beacuse its the same like the other excursions that dont have that word. This is not a trip for you who look forwad to swim and snorkeling and have a beach day. You have one stop at the and on a very crowed beach with small area to snorkeling in with a lot of other people and the water is not so clear. You can rent a beach chair for a good price and i did that. But its no relaxing after that. Sellers keep going around and want you to buy drinks all the time. And i mean all the time. The other spots we visit was good. awesome to paddle canoe and so. Really great pictures you can get. On another company they recommend you to use life jacet. But not mandatory and that was good. Here they sad we dont need it and i did first time. Then when we came back it was put away from the seats. So i dident bother ask for it again tho. So that was a minus. But like a said frirndly staff and good food and locations but not the beach and snorkeling stop

Very commercialised, too busy and too expensive - When I booked the trip it said there were 30 people max on it. What they don't tell you is that there are 30 people on your boat and another 30 people on the other boats, plus all the boats from the other companies which means everything is really really busy. There is a buffet breakfast included at the terminal at the port. It was really crowded, as was the check in experience. At some point during the check in, my purse went missing from my bag. When I realised it was missing- around 20 minutes later - I asked at the desk if it had been handed in. It had but all of the money I had in it was taken. I told the staff and they said they had cctv but it was too busy to look at it, they'd look at it at the end of the day, after the cruise. I tried to do this when I got back but the person I'd spoken with wasn't there and no-one else knew anything about it. If it was another passenger that had taken it, it would have been too late anyway as they'd have gone. Obviously I've no idea if this happens often or it was a one off,but the terminal is so busy that it would be an ideal place for pick pocketing- so be careful! This obviously wasn't the best start but I decided to enjoy my day and forget about it. I unfortunately found the rest of the day too crowded and felt that we were herded around from one place to the next. The Phi Phi islands are beautiful and are worth seeing, but there have to be better ways. The guide is there to try and keep everyone on time rather than share information on the sites. She did a good job at this but I we received absolutely no info on any of the islands etc except that the floating village inhabitants are Muslim. There were also costant attempts to get passengers to pay for additional things - water proof shoes and phone cases at the terminal (you'd mamage fine without them) which are obviously twice the price of elsewhere. There was a photographer taking photos of passengers and on return to the terminal, these were available to buy. The staff were actually blocking people from leaving who were trying to get to the mini buses without looking at the photos on a table. The process of finding your mini bus at the end of the day is chaotic and you're supposed to find it based on a number on a ticket you get at check in. Unfortunately they'd given me the wrong ticket so I had to find someone to go and look for me once I realised I had the wrong ticket. This isn't a cheap tour and I think it's overpriced for what it is. Maybe I just had a bad experience and was unlucky, but my review is based on my existing and therefore I wouldn't recommend the trip.

Good trip, terrible drop off service - Good tour, however Waited 2 hours after the tour for the drop off service because the tour decided to couple later boat arrivals together, the conclusion of the trip ruined the experience.
