I really recommend Best-of-Caucasus for a tour of Georgia. We didn't go to Armenia or Azabaijan so can't comment - We were a group of five and got on extremely well Keti, our guide, was wonderful and so patient with our differing levels of capability. We saw everything we had hoped for. The hotels were good although the one in Kutaisi was a bit 'Fawlty Towers' on arrival! One suggestion for improvement is to include wine with the set dinners. It is a wine-growing country and I wouldn't have thought would cost much to give the guests local wine. It would be a nice gesture. Also, calling it 10 days is exaggerating the length. We had 7 days with Keti and one and a half on our own in Tbilisi.
