Your first day of exploration begins with a visit to the iconic Pyramids of Giza—Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure—where ancient grandeur is represented by these three magnificent structures. Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids - Next, you’ll visit the ancient city of Sakkara, where you’ll have the chance to explore the remarkable Step Pyramid of King Djoser. This iconic structure holds a fascinating story: King Djoser commissioned his chief architect, Imhotep, to design something unique for his burial. Imhotep exceeded expectations by creating the Step Pyramid, a groundbreaking achievement at the time, which greatly impressed the king.

Memphis and Sakkara - Finally, we will head to Memphis, where you’ll explore the Open Air Museum, home to the stunning monuments of King Ramses II. After completing your day tour, you’ll return to your hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.

Fly to Aswan - Aswan Tours - Nile Cruise

Aswan High Dam - Upon arrival at Aswan airport, you’ll be greeted by your Egyptologist tour guide to begin exploring the remarkable city of Aswan. Your tour will include a visit to the iconic High Dam, constructed under President Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 to safeguard Egypt from the annual Nile floods.

Temple of Philae - Next, you will sail along the Nile River by motorboat to Agilika Island, where you will visit the Temple of Philae. Built during the Greco-Roman period, this temple was dedicated to the goddess Isis, the mother of Horus.

Unfinished Obelisk - Next, you will be guided to explore one of Aswan’s remarkable attractions, the Unfinished Obelisk, crafted from red granite and dedicated to the god Amun Ra. After concluding your day tour, you will be transferred to your Nile cruise for check-in and an overnight stay.

Kom Ombo Temple - Edfu Temples - Nile Cruise

Colossi of Memnon - At the conclusion of the tour, you will visit the Colossi of Memnon, monuments dedicated to King Amenhotep III. Following your visit, you will return to your ship for lunch. Disembarkation - Luxor East Bank - Karnak Temple

Temple of Karnak - Check out after breakfast at 8:00 AM. Following that, you’ll embark on a captivating tour of Luxor’s East Bank. Begin with the magnificent Karnak Temple Complex, the largest temple complex in the world, covering an impressive area of one hundred acres. Next, visit the Temple of Luxor, originally built by a king of the 12th dynasty and later completed by the renowned Ramses II.

Luxor International Airport - After your tour, you will be transferred by private air-conditioned van to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Ancient Roman Theater, Alexandria - Next, you’ll be taken to enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. After your meal, you’ll continue your journey with a visit to the Roman Amphitheatre, one of the most iconic monuments from the Greco-Roman period.

Pompey’s Pillar - Complete your Alexandria city tour with a visit to Pompey’s Pillar, erected in 292 AD. Afterward, you’ll have the chance to see the Sultan Qaitbay Citadel from the outside, one of Alexandria’s most iconic landmarks. Once your day tour concludes, we will drive back to Cairo. Church of St. Sergius and Bacchus - Next, you’ll visit the Church of St. Sergius (Abu Serga), believed to be built on one of the locations where the Holy Family rested during their flight from Herod. Continuing along this route, you’ll arrive at the Ben Ezra Synagogue, Egypt’s oldest synagogue, dating back to the 9th century.
