10 days from tanger to Marrakech with best driver hakimi in morocco - We booked with Desert Brise Travel, with Hakim as our driver from Tanghir. We started our journey In Tanghir, then shortly arriving in Chefchaouen, the blue city. Hakim did a wonderful job showing us to our hotel and around the streets, pointing out good places to see and more importantly eat. The next day we drove to Fes for a guided tour of the souk. The tour was great, showing us the process of leather making while allowing us to purchase some of the famous product ourself. The tour continued giving us opputunites to see the processes of the multiple handicrafts of the people who live there, with a short break for lunch. The following day we went to Merzuga then into the Sahara desert via camel back. There we were greeted with open arms and told our itinerary of ATV riding and a 4x4 tour for the next day. These activities gave an insight to the large extend that the desert covers, while also seeing important landmarks and beautiful overlooks. The next day we continue our trip to Marrekech via the Gorge Todra, Valley of Rose and arriving in Ourzazate. Though the travel days could be extensive, the time spent in the van with Hakim was filled with laughs and important details about the surrounding areas that we passed. I highly recommend Hakim to anyone who is considering traveling with Desert Brise Travel. He has done a great job being our guide but also friend throughout the trip.

Magical Morocco ! Must do - Our Morocco 10 day trip as single ladies was lovely thanks to desert brise and khalil who curated our boarding/lodging needs . While the itinerary north to south Morocco was standard , the Fes riad nila, the tangier Apartment hotel and riad amin in Marrakesh medina stood out. Our driver Halim was friendly accommodating to our asks.what I liked: the food tour with Hassan where we got to see sheep’s head cooking! , the atlas hike through imlil valley with Mohammed, the stunning camel ride into the sunset at the merzouga desert and the lovely hustle bustle at all the medinas . Also Rabat an unexpected lovely clean city! Ben houddir we took a local guide who was very good. Khalil our travel counsellor aware and always listening and accommodating last minute change to add essaouira, a lovely city. The Hassan mosque in Casablanca , the fantastic todhra gorges , the Mediterranean experience with endless date palms, olive and argan trees , the cherry walnut and apple trees ! The local friendly people , the tagene harissa and leben for unadventurous vegetarian women as me but exciting local amlou and Marijan grocery experiences for my adventurous food loving friends Did not like: Random fossil shops/mining, monkey paws construction in the beautiful mineral rich atlas that should be protected, very random oasis experience with straggler like guides! Definitely undeserving high entry fees at Hercules cave and few other places , marakeech medina experience of tiresome bargaining All in all lovely Morocco 12 day trip Thankyou khalil for listening humanly😀and taking care
