Nairobi-Samburu National Reserve

Samburu National Reserve - NAIROBI TO SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
This is your first day on Vagan safari. Our guide/driver will pick you up early in the morning from your based hotel or airport. Proceed to Samburu National Reserve drive north of Nairobi passing through the Equator and the majestic Mount Kenya en-route to the open savannah of Samburu National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at Samburu Sopa Lodge.Take lunch relax Later at 4PM, depart for an afternoon game drive for 2 hours. Come back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Samburu National Reserve - Samburu Reserve is home to reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Beisa’s oryx, long-necked gerenuk and the blue-legged Somali ostrich. Much of the reserve is desert landscape; dusty red plains broken by thorny scrub, with dramatic views of the table mountain Ol Olokwe on the horizon.
Samburu is a true paradise for nature lovers and travelers seeking peace and quiet.
There are three protected areas around the Ewaso Ngiro River that are part of the same ecosystem. To the west of the Ewaso Ngiro are the Samburu and Buffalo Springs reserves, and to the east is Shaba.

Samburu National Reserve Full Day

Samburu National Reserve - Early morning game drive in the reserve. Later, return to the camp for breakfast. Rest of the mid-morning at relaxation. After lunch, proceed for an afternoon game drive in the reserve, then later for dinner and your overnight stay at Samburu Sopa lodge.

Samburu-Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Morning breakfast Then drive to Olpejata. Previously known as Sweetwaters, Ol Pejeta is a privately-owned 90,000-acre wildlife conservancy. Originally a cattle ranch, in some areas you will still see wildlife and cattle grazing happily side by side. The conservancy sits on the equator, high on a plateau, between the foothills of the Aberdares range and Mount Kenya. It hosts a wide variety of animals, including the ‘big five’, plus many bird species. On a clear day, and normally in the morning, you may have panoramic views of Mt Kenya and her snow-capped peaks.
You will arrive in time for lunch and check in at Comfort Gardens Sweetwaters, take lunch relax later start an afternoon game drive, you return to the lodge in the late evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Ol Pejeta wildlife conservancy is
Situated in the foothills of snow-capped Mount Kenya in central Kenya’s Laikipia County, Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a trailblazer in conservation, most famous for protecting the world’s last two northern white rhinos.

Ol Pejeta -Masai Mara

Masai Mara National Reserve - Enjoy early morning breakfast, depart for Masai Mara national reserve, along the way you will drive along the Great Rift Valley of Kenya towards Masai Mara, check into your Camp for lunch and relaxation at La Maison Royale Masai Mara Camp.Later at 4PM, depart for an afternoon game drive, Come back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve - Masai Mara National Reserve is one of Africa’s most famous parks and it’s undoubtedly one of the continent’s best places to see animals. The wildlife viewing is superb throughout the year. The grassy plains and regular rainfall support a huge population of herbivores, in turn attracting many predators. All three big cats are relatively easy to see. The yearly wildebeest migration coming through the park is one of the world’s most amazing wildlife spectacles.

Masai Mara Full Day

Masai Mara National Reserve - Have breakfast at 6:30 am and at 7 am, leave for a full day game viewing in the park. On this day, spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos and Nile crocodile. Thereafter, go for picnic lunch in park under a croton tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park.

It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures. Later return to your Camp for dinner and overnight stay at La Maison Royale Masai Mara.

Masai Mara - Lake Naivasha and Crescent Island

Lake Naivasha - You will have breakfast at the camp and then load all of your luggage onto your tour Jeep Proceed to Lake Naivasha with a few stops along the way to stretch your legs and visit toilets.
Arrive in good time for lunch. Check in and have lunch at Naivasha Kongoni Lodge.
Later in the afternoon, visit Lake Naivasha and do a guided boat safari You will witness the concentrated wildlife, the vibrant birdlife, and the beauty of the lake, do also Nature Walk at Crescent Island for a guided walking safari. This is one of the few places in the world where one can wander on foot amidst wild animals’ zebra, giraffe, gnu, waterbuck, warthog, impala and more among other wild game, there are no predators, this is the Island where famous movies, Out Of Africa, Born Free among others were shot.

Lake Naivasha - Lake Naivasha is located in the East African Rift Valley at an altitude of almost 2,000 meters. This makes it the highest lake in the Rift Valley. At the same time, like Lake Baringo, it is a freshwater lake, while the other lakes in the Rift Valley contain salt water. Lake Naivasha has a size of approximately 150 km², although the extent can vary depending on the water level. The depth is about 7 meters.
Lake Naivasha is home to a significant variety of birds. Around 300 species of birds live here.

Crescent Island Game Sanctuary - At Crescent Island you have the opportunity to get really close to the wildlife of Crescent Island, as you take a walking safari.
Your guide is extremely knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of Crescent Island, and will give you great insights into the ecology of the area, pointing out the varied bird and wildlife. Fish eagles call from the skies above, as you gently explore the island, surrounded by the smells and sounds of the African bush. You may get close to a beautiful Masai giraffe or even come across the tiny dik-dik antelope as you walk through the papyrus and grasses of this tranquil haven. This is the Island where famous movies, Out Of Africa, Born Free among others were shot.

Lake Naivasha-Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park - After Early morning breakfast you will head to Amboseli National Park. Along the way, you will have stop over to stretch your legs and use the washroom. Drive to the Great Rift Valley – the largest rift in the world and an outstanding landscape feature of East Africa. You can enjoy the fantastic panorama at the View Point.You’ll arrive at Little Amanya Camp time for lunch and relaxation before your afternoon game drive. Later we start with afternoon game drive you can also visit with the local Maasai community who live around the park to experience their authentic culture.
At 18:00 you will head back for dinner and overnight stay at Little Amanya Camp Amboseli.

Amboseli National Park - Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s safari icons, a world of big-tusked elephants and big cats (lions, and sometimes cheetahs), all set against the backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain, Mt Kilimanjaro. It’s a beautiful, compact park with lots of wildlife, including flamingos and an easy-to-find hyenas. And there’s real safari magic in the air in the early morning or late afternoon when the clouds part to reveal Kilimanjaro’s summit.

Amboseli Full Day

Amboseli National Park - Today, is a full-day adventure that awaits you. Enjoy your early breakfast and later depart with a packed lunch for a full-day game drive. Our guide will do his best to show you the best of nature in Amboseli National Park. Take your packed lunch at the famous Observation Hill, enjoy the panoramic view of AmboseliNational Park and Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to your Camp in the late afternoon for relaxation, dinner and overnight at Little Amanya Camp Amboseli

Amboseli-Tsavo West National Park

Tsavo National Park West - Depart after breakfast check out and head to Tsavo West National Park.You will have Stop over at Shetani Lava Flow
and Visit Mzima Springs. You will arrive in time for lunch and check in at Ngulia Safari Lodge. Enjoy an afternoon game drive and visit Rhino Sanctuary. You return to the lodge in the late evening for dinner and overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge.

Tsavo National Park West - In the Tsavo West National Park you will experience your green wonder. The terrain is watery and hilly, and you will be greeted by a diverse range of wildlife. Experience wildlife such as lions, leopards, buffalo, rhinos and elephants. But giraffes, kudu and antelopes also stroll through the savannah. Acacia trees dot the grasslands and gallery forests grow along the Tsavo River, decorating the landscape. The national park is a must for every nature lover and adventurer.

Mzima Springs - The Mzima Springs are an oasis in the Tsavo West National Park and home to hippos and crocodiles. An educational trail leads through the freshwater springs and gives you insights into the animal world. Go in search of the inhabitants of Mzima Springs and enjoy the panorama of passing fish from the underwater chamber.

Tsavo West-Tsavo East

Tsavo National Park East - Enjoy your early breakfast and check out continue with Game Drives enroute to Tsavo East. Exit at Tsavo River Gate and proceed to Tsavo East National Park, the biggest national park in Kenya. Continue to your lodge for lunch and afternoon relaxation. Later, enjoy your afternoon game drive and return late in the evening for dinner and overnight at Voi Wildlife Lodge.

Tsavo East National Park is a superb place to watch wildlife. It’s a vast, semi-arid wilderness populated by elephants, sometimes in large herds and caked in the red Tsavo dust, and unique maneless lions. Tsavo’s wild and sunlit plains host other highlights, from cheetahs on the hunt to species such as gerenuk and Somali ostrich that you can see nowhere else this far south. And if you range beyond the main track through the park, it can feel like a real adventure.

Tsavo East - Welcome to Tsavo East National Park in southern Kenya, where your eyes won’t get enough. The park offers a large animal theater, with the stars of the savannah such as the dusty red elephants and the majestic Tsavo lions. But buffaloes, rhinos, cheetahs and leopards also regularly provide thrills. Kenya’s largest national park offers an experience that will make your safari heart swoon. Tsavo East National Park in southern Kenya is a true treasure trove for nature lovers.
