Got to see A LOT in 2 days! Great tour! - What a great tour! And my guide, Son, was fantastic! Great communicator and so, so knowledgeable about so much Khmer history--recent and long past. Trust his plan for the sunrise at Angkor Wat--you'll meet early and walk at a fast clip, but when you're right up front, you'll get it! (Bring a little something to sit on the dewy grass!) Could you tour all these places, without a guide? Sure. BUT, I think you'd miss a lot. And an air-conditoned ride and cold water are pretty nice in the Cambodian heat and humidity!

A great two day temple experience! - Just completed our two day temple tour with Thou our guide and San our driver. From start to finish Thou and San were brilliant. Thou talked through our tour itinerary and checked with us what we wanted to do. Of course he knew the best photo spots and took plenty of photos for us. He was aware of our safety at all times and checked if we needed toilet stops (always very good clean toilets) The restaurants we were taken to for lunch were of good quality and reasonably priced. San our driver always smiling and prepared with ice cold fresh bottles of water and cold towels when we returned from our very hot temple walks. Very much appreciated 🙏

Best tour ever! - Visiting Angkor Wat was always a dream of mine and I had the best tour guide Small-Mony and driver San. Small-Mony is a knowledgeable tour guide and one of the best photographers I have ever met. He knows all the best locations to get the best photos. San is a great driver and I felt very safe with him. He always has a cold towel and cold water waiting for you after every temple visit. If you want the best then Small Mony and San is all you need. I highly recommend them both.

Great Experience - We had an amazing 2 days with Mony (Small Mony) as our guide and Mr. San as our driver. They took us to all the beautiful temples we wanted to see. Of course Angkor Wat and Ta Prohm Temple, well-known as Tomb Raider were 2 of my favorites. Mony knew the best times to go to each of the temples and explained everything so well. He is also a wonderful photographer as he took many great photos of myself and sister. He knew the best spots and locations for the perfect shot. Mr. San was a safe and friendly driver. He was always ready with a cold towel and cold water after every temple visit. I highly recommend Small-Mony and Mr. San.

Best Siem Reap Temple Tour — Ask for Chhay and Bunhay! - We had a lovely time with Chhay (our tour guide) and Bunhay (our driver). They were both so courteous, knowledgeable and a joy to spend two days with. Chhay included a mix of temples which was customized to what we wanted to see. We visited the most popular temples — Angkor Wat, Bayon, and Ta Prohm — as well as some smaller ones, which were less crowded and let us explore at our own place. Chhay’s extensive knowledge of each temple’s history (and Cambodia’s history) truly let us get the most out of our visit. He went into detail about the restoration process too. It was really impressive how Chhay could answer any question we had about the structures, carvings, layout, historic functions and general history. Chhay also took amazing pictures! He knew all the best spots where we should pose and get the stunning perspectives of each temple. He also took several funny pictures and creative shots of us that we really enjoyed. Chhay was very conscientious of our energy levels and surroundings. including other tourists and locals nearby. He had great people skills, so it was easy and fun to hang out with him all day. Finally, Bunhay (our driver) was always right where we needed him right on time, with ice cold water and towels offered between every location. He drove smoothly and carefully and made our day extremely comfortable despite hot temps and lots of walking at each sight. Thank you so much!

First class! Best way to see the temples - This is absolutely the best way to see and appreciate the top sights and history around Siem Reap. Our guide Vanna, provided excellent insights into all the locations visited - his knowledge of the sites is encyclopedic and his English is very strong. And our driver Sreang ensured we were kept cool and refreshed in between stops. Temperatures were “feels like” 100F / 38C so the car is essential to get a reprieve from the heat!

Angkor Wat (Small & Grand Circuit) - I recently did the 2 day Angkor Wat (small circuit & grand circuit tour) with Happy Angkor Tours. My tour guide Sroeb was great - knowledgeable, organised, and showing me the best viewpoints to take photos from. My driver Sreang was also great - always had a supply of water and fresh towels available. The tour is very well organised by Happy Angkor as they try to avoid the crowds at the major temples. My tour guide Sroeb was able to explain the history of each temple and the stories behind the carvings. In my opinion, it is definitely worth paying the extra money for this tour as opposed to the cheaper tours available. Almost everyone at my hostel did the cheaper tours and had no idea about the history of the temples and said they were in a group of 25 people and spent their time just lining up for photos. I was impressed by this 2 day tour and would definitely recommend to other travellers as the best way to cover Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples.
