Highlights

Cusco - Pisac - Urubamba - Ollantaytambo - Aguas Calientes

Cusco - We start this adventure with the pick up from your hotel in the city of Cusco around 07:30 am. We will take our tourist transport in the direction of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Awana Kancha - Our first point of visit will be the Awana Kancha Ancestral Textile Interpretation Center where, as an introduction, we will learn about the origin of the South American camelids.

Taray - Continuing our tour among the imposing mountains of the Andes, we will make our next stop at the Taray viewpoint, a good point to take pictures of the beautiful Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Pisac - Then we will arrive at the Archaeological Park of Pisac where we will be able to appreciate the magnificent agricultural terraces attached to the mountains.

After our visit to Pisac, we will visit its colorful craft market located in the town of Pisac.

Urubamba - After resting and enjoying lunch we will visit Ollantaytambo, an Inca fortress with large stone terraces on a hillside.

Finally we will go to the train station in Ollantaytambo to board our train that will take us to the town of Aguas Calientes on a 2-hour trip approx.

Aguas Calientes - Upon your arrival in Aguas Calientes we will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel. After check-in we will have the afternoon free and you will take the opportunity to visit the Hot Springs of Aguas Calientes or stroll through this picturesque town surrounded by imposing mountains.

Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu - Ollantaytambo - Cusco

Aguas Calientes - On this second day we have to visit the seventh wonder of the modern world Machu Picchu!

After breakfast at the hotel, our guide will pick you up and take you to board the CONSETTUR Bus that will take us up a mountain path to the entrance of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.

Machu Picchu - We will have a magnificent guided tour of approximately 2 hours in Machu Picchu, where we will visit with our private guide who will live closely the mysteries that the lost city of the Incas keeps.

You visit most of the important sectors while you connect with nature and recharge your batteries in this magnificent sacred place. You will be amazed by the amazing architecture and how innovative the Incas were in their times.

Cusco - After getting to know Machu Picchu, we will board the CONSETTUR Bus back to the town of Aguas Calientes where you will have enough time to have lunch in the town and enjoy the views of this picturesque town.

Finally, we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo and then our transport will take you back to your hotel in the city of Cusco where the tour ends.
