Cairo - Bahariya Oasis, Black Desert and Sunset
Cairo Governorate - We pick up our travelers from Cairo and provide accommodations, whether in hotels or apartments. Travelers meet the accredited tour guide at 6:30 AM after breakfast at the hotel. Then, we head to Bahariya Oasis in an air-conditioned car. The distance is approximately 360 KM from Cairo to Bahariya Oasis.
Al Wahat Al Baharia - Our accredited tour guide meets travelers at 6:30 AM at their hotel in Cairo after breakfast. The distance is about 360 km from Cairo to Bahariya Oasis, taking approximately 4-5 hours. Upon arrival, we transfer to a 4X4 land cruiser and drive to El-Heiz, a Bedouin village, for lunch. We then explore the village and experience life in Al Wahat.
White Desert - We continue driving to explore the Black Desert, where we hike and take unforgettable photos of the stunning views and sand dunes. Next, we visit the Crystal Mountain, the source of pure crystal used by ancient Egyptians. Note: Before heading to the White Desert, travelers will enjoy amazing sunset views. We then proceed to the Valley of Agabat in the White Desert. This area, once submerged under the sea millions of years ago, features unique rock formations of limestone, chalk, and possibly sand. We set up camp among the white rock formations eroded by wind and sand over the years. After sunset, we prepare a barbecue dinner.
White Desert in Bahariya with Sunrise and Cairo
Bahariya Oasis Guide - Wake up early to watch the sunrise, followed by breakfast. We then drive back to Bahariya Oasis for a hot spring bath at Al-Heiz. Next, we visit the Golden Mummies Museum and the tombs of the Nobles, including those of Zed Amon Iuf Ankh and his son Bannentiu. We also visit the Temple of Alexander the Great, dedicated to Amun and Horus. After lunch at Bahariya Oasis, we drive back to Cairo. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
