Highlights

Full Day Banteay Srei and Grand Circuit Temples

Preah Khan - This morning start your Journey by travel to Preah Khan temple, a ruined but highly atmospheric mélange of tree roots and crumbling stone structures.

Neak Pean - Move to Neak Pean an artificial island with a Buddhist temple on a circular island in Jayatataka Baray.

Banteay Srei - Visit the well-preserved Banteay Srei. The detailed reliefs on this smaller sandstone structure are regarded as the finest, most skillfully crafted in Cambodia.

Pre Rup - Final stop at Pre Rup Hindu temple built as the state temple of Khmer king Rajendravarman and dedicated in 961 or early 962. It is a temple mountain of combined brick, laterite and sandstone construction. Late afternoon return to town after a memorable day exploration.

Angkor Wat with Sunrise Tour

Angkor Wat - We begin with a pre-dawn departure (4.10 to 4.30 am depending on the time of year) from your hotel for sunrise outside Angkor Wat. Enter the great temple in darkness from the little-visited eastern side, and creep along hoary cloistered corridors past the longest stretch of bas-relief carvings in the world.
Soak up the atmosphere of dawn at Angkor Wat, from the edge of one of the ancient library pools. We then explore the interior of the great temple, spending a thorough two hours discovering the corridors, central chambers and upper terraces of this truly great temple. Your expert local guide will decipher the myriad of stories behind the bas-relief carvings, and give you an insight into life during the height of the Khmer empire. We end our tour at Angkor with breakfast outside the temple (take away, from your hotel), and a short rest.

Angkor Thom - Angkor Thom is the majestic site once served as the Khmer Empire’s glistening capital city. Take a moment to consider its grandiosity before venturing inside the city. Arriving at the temple at Bayon, appreciate its beautifully crafted central towers covered in more than 200 enormous faces.

Angkor Thom South Gate - This majestic site once served as the Khmer Empire’s glistening capital city. Take a moment to consider its grandiosity before venturing inside the city.

Terrace of the Elephants - Pass by the famous Terrace of the Leper King, and the Terrace of Elephant.

Ta Prohm Temple - One of the most atmospheric of all temples in Angkor. Once home to 2,740 monks, Ta Prohm today looks much as it did in the early 1850s, when French explorer Henri Mouhot ‘rediscovered’ this crumbling site. After exploring the maze-like interior of Ta Prohm, return to your hotel after a long but fulfilling day, which will leave you with a lifetime of memories of one of the wonders of the world.

Angkor sunrise - We had a wonderful time visiting the historic temples of Cambodia. The highlight was the brilliant sunrise over Angkor War. Our guide, Pireak (Pi), was full of information, and planned our itinerary really well. I highly recommend this tour!

Go, do not hesitate - We did the 2 days sunrise small group tour with some friends. Basically a big van brings you to some main temples of Angkor ! It is completely worth it ! Amazing temples, each of them is unique ! The sunrise is an 'easy one', as compared to other climbing mountains ones for instance : here, just a small 20 min walk in the dark, and then 1h waiting for the sun to wake up ! The longer you wait, the sooner you have arrived at THE spot, and the better the picture will be, because of course you are not alone coming for it ! Get some antimosquito spray if you are afraid, because you may be waiting right next to some pond. The overall experience was guided by Mr Sakriya, or Sak ! Super kind and helpful, and not at all 'pityfull' or maudin as other guides from other tours in southeast asia can be, just a chill guide doing his job greatly !

Great two day temple tour - Fantastic two day trip (a single day is not going to see all the big important temples). Mr Sopkee and driver were excellent guides. Lots of information and cool water + wet towels. Time at each site was enough. Good pace for the heat. Would highly recommend these good men for anyone taking tour in Siem Reap.

Best Tour Guide in Cambodia! - I booked the two day temple exploration to spread out the activity since it’s is very hot in April. Pi and our driver with the cold water was amazing! Pi is very knowledgeable and makes it nice to learn about the history of Cambodia while observing the temples. I would highly recommend this tour over anyone else!

Great two day tour to see most of the temples - I booked the two-day Angkor temples tour with sunrise at Angkor Wat. I'm delighted, the experience was incredible! Chhay, our guide, was fantastic throughout the two days. He knows the temples very well, knows where to position ourselves to see the treasures of Angkor and offers to photograph us in idyllic settings, which is practical when traveling alone 😊 Between each stage, in the air-conditioned bus, Chhay teaches us what life is like in Cambodia. I recommend 100%

Stunning temples and great guide! - This temple tour was brilliant, we saw a great range of temples across the two days. Banteay Srei and Ta Phromn were our highlights. Chhay, our tour guide, was super informative and spoke great English. He shared lots about Cambodian life, in addition to the temples, and was always willing to answer questions. Unlimited cold water and plenty of cold tigerbalm towels were much appreciated.
