Fes - We will pick you up from your hotel and leave for Merzouga crossing the Middle Atlas and its cedar forests,
This mountain range stretches 350 kilometers from the southwest to the northeast of Morocco.

Ifrane - Ifrane is a city and urban commune in Morocco located in the Middle Atlas, at an altitude of 1,650 meters.
Ifrane is nicknamed Little Switzerland because of the architecture, its climate, its landscapes, and the most exclusive ski destination in the country.

Cedre Gouraud Forest - Famous cedar grove, barbary macaques, and wonderful butterflies, the surroundings make a favorite summer attraction for city dwellers, hikers, and picnickers from large neighboring towns.

Midelt - Stop for a lunch in berber restaurant and some great pictures of berber village.

Ziz valley - The Ziz Valley, also known as the Ziz Gorges, is a stunning natural feature located in Morocco. It’s a picturesque valley carved by the Ziz River and surrounded by dramatic cliffs and canyons. This area is well-known for its scenic beauty. It is often included as a stop on various tours in Morocco, especially those focused on exploring the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara Desert. you will witness breathtaking views of the valley, the river, and the surrounding landscape. The Ziz Valley is situated in the eastern part of Morocco, not far from Erfoud and the Sahara Desert. It’s a popular destination for tourists interested in experiencing Morocco’s natural beauty.

Erfoud - Erfoud is a town located in the eastern part of Morocco, in the Tafilalt region. It is known for its unique desert landscape and is often considered the “Gateway to the Sahara Desert.”

Merzouga - On our way to the desert camp in Merzouga, you will choose between camel trekking and 4x4 vehicle transportation. Each option offers a distinct and captivating experience. Camel trekking allows you to traverse the golden dunes at a leisurely pace, feeling the rhythmic sway of these gentle creatures and fully immersing yourself in the timeless charm of the desert. It’s a slow, contemplative journey that provides ample opportunities to connect with the vast, tranquil landscape. On the other hand, 4x4 vehicles offer speed and convenience, swiftly navigating the desert’s challenging terrain to deliver you to your camp. MERZOUGA DESERT – RISSANI – MIDELT – FES :

Merzouga - Waking up in a desert camp on the second day of your tour is a magical experience that immerses you in the breathtaking beauty of the Sahara Desert. As the first rays of the sun gently illuminate your surroundings, you’ll find yourself in a tranquil oasis of comfort amidst the desert’s vast expanse. The soft rustling of the wind-blown sand dunes and the distant calls of desert wildlife create a serene ambiance.
After a refreshing breakfast, your desert journey continues. You might embark on a guided camel trek to explore the mesmerizing dunes further, venturing deeper into the heart of the Sahara.

Rissani - Visit the Berber market. Rissani is a town in Errachidia Province in eastern Morocco, located near Erfoud. It is the closest town of significant size to the Erg Chebbi, the largest sand desert in Morocco.

Midelt - Stop for a lunch in berber restaurant. We continue towards Fez and this will be the end of our private overnight tour. We wish you a safe return to Fes.

Start your journey with a pickup from your accommodation and embark on a 2-day and 1-night tour of Merzouga Desert. Travel across the landscape in a cozy, air-conditioned car or minivan in the company of a few others. Your first destination is Ifrane, also known as the Mini Switzerland. After that, visit Azrou, a traditional Berber village located in the cedar woods, where you have the opportunity to see wild monkeys.

Around midday, take a break at a local eatery situated in the Ziz Valley. Afterward, proceed to Erfoud where you can observe unique fossils and capture stunning photographs. Arriving in Merzouga, we’ll switch to a 4x4 jeep for transportation to the luxury campsite. Once there, leave your luggage and embark on a journey of the desert dunes. Meet the camels, embark on a camel ride to marvel at the sunset. In the evening, participate in a group dinner accompanied by traditional Berber tunes and a bonfire. Make the most of the evening soaking in the scintillating view of stars above.
