Great adventures in Zhangjiajie! - Ashley was super accommodatng, funny, adventurous, and engaging. She helped us find many great activities beyond the basic package to meet our thrill seeking and entertainment needs. She has a delightful personality and made our experience really memorable. Be sure to ask about evening shows, and the bungee jumping and cliff climbing. She faced her fears and took photos of us on the side of the cliff. She's a brave superstar!

Best private tour - It was one of my most memorable trip. ZhangJiaJie is the fairy land! Our guide, 卢震, has been most attentive and explained thoroughly to us. Our tour is 5 days and includes visit to "Sky Kingdom", 天門山 and 2 other ancient cities. I particularly like FengHuangGuCheng, 鳳凰古城. At the end of the day, with the guidance of 卢震 made our trip exciting and memorable. Thank you to Sophia of Joy Travel also. Thank you all!

Amazing scenery & tour guide. - The views were amazing! A very special experience. Initially we had a cloudy day but our fantastic tour guide Ronan was positive & made adjustments to the itinerary enabling us to see the best of the sites with the weather we had. Ronan is knowledgeable, has excellent English & a wonderful tour guide.

Two day Zhangjiajie experience - Weather not in our favour however still a great experience. We seamlessly moved through the complexities of navigating a variety of transport methods, car, bus, cablecars to see the best features of the Zhangjiajie area, all ably led by our delightful guide Ronan Hugo. Ronan gave us a lot of information and was very attentive to our needs. Our travel arrangements had been managed by Joy Travel.
So much more to explore if time allowed.

Nice hotel, foods are also quite delicious and time arrangement also very nice. - This Zhang Jia Jie trip is really amazing and I’ll never forget this trip. I feel like I was walking in the wonderful dream for the whole trip.

Zhangjiajie Tour from Singapore - We thoroughly enjoyed this Zhangjiajie Tour above our expectations.
The travel agent made excellent arrangements, and we were all happy with the accommodation, transportation, meal and tour schedules.
Additionally, the tour agent offers prompt assistance in all necessary ways, including applying for a visa.
Venus and Eric, our guides, are also pleasant with us, and we are grateful for their thoughtful arrangement.
We have some unexpected cancellations from the airline's flight ticket and Fox show, but we can make other alternative arrangements.
In conclusion, we would like to give the tour company and guides a 5-star rating.
We are joining from Singapore for the second time.
