At 07:10, take a tender ship to Cat Ba Island, Viet Hai dock for a bicycle trip to Viet Hai Village.

Ride a bike for 30 minutes on shaded paths, enjoying the landscape on the way to the village located in a beautiful valley of the National Park of Cat Ba.

Visit a local house to learn about the local people and their daily life or visit the island school.

PM: Drive to Ninh Binh – Overnight in a hotel in Tam Coc.

At 12:30, pack up and disembark – pick up and drive 200 km to Ninh Binh – Tam Coc.

Arrive between 16:30 – 17:00, check into the hotel upon arrival.

Walk around to enjoy the Tam Coc landscape, visit Bich Dong (Jade Cave) with three ancient pagodas built on a mountain cliff (the Lower, Middle, and Upper pagoda). Visit the rural villages of local farmers.

Dinner and enjoy a peaceful night in Tam Coc.

After the sampan trip, highlight the experience by riding bicycles through farming villages to discover the real Vietnam and rural culture. Stop to visit or take photos along the way to Hoa Lu.
Hoa Lu Temples of the Dinh & Le Dynasties - Visit Mua Cave, a beautiful and authentic cave, offering a panoramic view of the Ninh Binh landscape.

Walk to visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010. It is worth visiting the two remaining old temples of the Dinh and Le kings. Learn about the history of the country’s foundation of the Great Viet after liberation from a thousand years of Chinese domination. Walk up the mountain to visit the ancient tomb of the kings.
