Maasai Mara National Reserve - The flying safari package begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Nairobi or the airport, followed by a drive to Wilson Airport to catch a flight to Maasai Mara. The flight to Maasai Mara takes approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred from the airstrip to your overnight lodge by a driver guide in a 4×4 safari vehicle. Sarova Mara Game Lodge is a renowned luxury property offering stunning views of the Mara reserve. Enjoy lunch and some leisure time at the lodge before embarking on a late afternoon safari game drive to explore the surrounding areas and witness the incredible wildlife. Return to the lodge by evening for dinner.

Early morning and late afternoon are the best times to spot animals at their most active. Return to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast and enjoy the rest of the morning at leisure. The lodge features a swimming pool and offers various add-on activities. The Maasai Mara ecosystem boasts one of the highest lion densities in the world and is the site of the annual migration of two million wildebeest, zebras, and Thomson’s gazelles. By the river, you may see prides of lions, hippos, cheetahs racing across the plains, and numerous antelope species. After a delicious lunch, embark on a mid-afternoon safari game drive to further explore the reserve. Return to the lodge by evening for a relaxed evening, possibly enlivened by entertainment provided by the lodge, followed by dinner.

Nairobi - Enjoy breakfast before transferring to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi Wilson. You will be picked up and dropped off at your hotel or JKIA for your international flight back home. This marks the end of our holiday.
