Highlights

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - We will pick you up from your accommodation in Arusha bright and early and begin the journey to the Serengeti National Park. During the drive, we will eat our lunch on the way to the park or just before entering. Once we have arrived to the park, we will continue will afternoon game-drive. This Park covers an area of 14,763sq km, and the name Serengeti comes from Maasai language and means “endless plains”. The Serengeti is host to one of nature’s most magnificent phenomena, The Great Migration. Over a million wildebeests make a 600 mile pilgrimage on the annual exodus north. Returning to the South to replenish the species in a brief population explosion that produces more than 8,000 calves daily before the pilgrimage begins again. Depending on the season, our game-drive will take us to various parts of the Serengeti. After the game-drive and watching the beautiful sunset over the plains, we will continue to the Osupuko Tented Camp, where you will overnight and enjoy your dinner.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - Enjoy another day of wildlife viewing from a second location deep in the Serengeti. Home to literally hundreds of thousands of hoofed animals, the Serengeti is a pristine and unique sanctuary that will give you a glimpse into “the world as it was in the beginning.” Relish the vastness of the Serengeti, “the land that flows on forever,” along with some of the best animal viewing that Africa has to offer. In the afternoon, after another wonderful day will of extraordinary wildlife experiences we will continue our journey towards the Ngorongoro Crater, where we will overnight and enjoy dinner at Rhino Lodge.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater - Today, you will visit Ngorongoro Crater, the main feature of which is a large, unbroken, unfolded volcanic caldera. The crater, which formed when a giant volcano exploded and collapsed on itself some two to three million years ago, is mostly open grassland with two small wooded areas. Game drives through the Ngorongoro Crater begin early in the morning in safari vehicles with pop-up roofs. The descent into the crater is one of scenic beauty, as you make your way through lush forests, home to numerous elephants and buffaloes. As you reach the inside of the crater, your guide will take you through the grassy crater floor, the unbelievable fever tree forest, the banks of Lake Magadi and the surrounding marshes. Lunch is served picnic style, surrounded by the natural wonders around you as well as the exceptional wildlife with which you share this extraordinary paradise. After the picnic lunch, you will return back to Arusha where you will be dropped off at your accommodation.

Amazing safari - I was in Arusha for one month and stayed at the White House hostel. They helped us arrange this safari, and it was amazing. The guide was so good and knew a lot of things about the Nature and the animals. I can really recommend this company and booking it through the hostel - we were picked up at the hostel and driven back there again

A Jungle Book Experience - I was in Arusha earlier this month and Julieth from The White House, arranged this one for me. They picked me up from there early morning and dropped me at Lake Manyara. And there started my real Safari. Issa was the pilot of our van and justin cooked for us. Both were really kind. We were 5 of us, all from diff places and Issa took us to the best possible game views. Watched the lions hunting, the leopards, cheetah n many other animals. I can never forget how I felt while I stood up from the pop-up roof and saw everything with my naked eyes. I have motion sickness and so they let me sit in the front where the cook usually sits:) One thing off my bucket list. Asante Saana!

Absolutely satisfied! - I could not be happier with our Safari trip with Njema Adventures this past weekend. The staff was helpful, informative and accommodating. I decided to go last minute and they help me find a group I could join. Juliette was so nice and went out of her way and drove me to an ATM so I could make the appropriate payment. Our tour guide, cook, and staff were always ready to help and accommodate every single need we had. The food was off the chart and the accommodations were clean and safe. Peter, our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us more information about each animal than we can remember. We were able to see most of the most enigmatic animals in the area, with the exception of Leopards. Peter was patient waiting for us to capture each moment and stoping every time we wanted to look at the landscape and animals. The company picked us up at our hotels and drop us off according to schedule without any delays or disappointment. I would definitely book them again if I’m lucky enough to come back to Arusha. (I’m planing too!) could not recommended them enough! Two thumbs up!

Safari - I personally had a great experience, we had a lot of luck and saw many animals. The only thing is that our guide forgot the binoculars, which is not a problem most of the time because the animals are pretty close, but it would have been nice to have had them in specific moments
