Aswan High Dam - Begin the tour with a visit to the High Dam, completed in 1960 to protect Egypt from flooding and to generate electricity.
Temple of Philae - Continue to the Graeco-Roman Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, accessed by a small motorboat. Return to the cruise for dinner, a folkloric show, and an overnight stay.
Abu Simbel Temples & Navigation to Kom Ombo Temple
Abu Simbel Temple Complex - At approximately 4:30 am, the guide will collect guests for the Abu Simbel trip (in a small group). Arrive around 8 am to explore the remarkable rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel, designed for King Ramesses II and Queen Nefertari. The Egyptology tour guide will provide historical insights from outside (no guiding inside). Enjoy a 90-minute visit and capture memorable photos before returning to Aswan. Return to the cruise around 1:30 pm for lunch and begin sailing towards Kom Ombo city.
Temple of Kom Ombo - Arrive in Kom Ombo city to visit the dual temple of Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Return to the cruise for dinner and continue sailing to Edfu for an overnight stay.
Edfu Temple & Arrive Luxor (visit Luxor Temple)
Temple of Horus - After breakfast, enjoy a horse carriage ride with the tour guide to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, renowned as the most complete and best-preserved Egyptian temple. Return to the cruise. Relax on deck, taking in the unique landscape and the beautiful scenery of the Nile River while sailing to Luxor. Cross Esna Lock. Lunch on board. Afternoon tea on the sundeck.
Luxor Temple - Late in the afternoon, arrive at the cruise dock and transfer to Luxor Temple on the East Bank of Luxor, showcasing ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features. Dinner on board and a belly dancing show. Overnight in Luxor.
