Aswan - Egypt Gift Tours’ licensed tour guide will meet and assist you at Aswan Airport, railway station, or hotel, and transfer you by A/C van to your 5-star Nile Cruise for check-in by 12 pm, before lunch. Enjoy lunch on board.
Note: If you arrive in Aswan early, we will start the tour immediately upon arrival as cruise check-in is at 12:00.
Aswan High Dam - Begin your tour by visiting the High Dam, completed in 1960 to protect Egypt from flooding and generate electricity.
Temple of Philae - Continue to the Graeco-Roman Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, accessible by a small motorboat. Return to your cruise for dinner, a folkloric show, and overnight stay.
Abu Simbel Temples&Navigation to Kom Ombo Temple
Abu Simbel Temple Complex - Around 4:30 am, your guide will pick you up for a trip to Abu Simbel (sharing a small group). Arrive around 8 am to visit the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel, built for King Ramesses II and Queen Nefertari. Your Egyptology tour guide will explain the history from outside (no guiding inside). Spend about 90 minutes at the temple, take memorable photos, and then drive back to Aswan. Return to the cruise around 1:30 pm for lunch and start sailing towards Kom Ombo city.
Temple of Kom Ombo - Arrive in Kom Ombo to visit the dual temple of Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Return to the cruise for dinner and continue sailing to Edfu for an overnight stay.
Edfu Temple & Arrive Luxor (visit Luxor Temple)
Temple of Horus - After breakfast, take a horse carriage ride with your tour guide to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, the most complete and best-preserved Egyptian temple. Return to the cruise and relax on deck, enjoying the unique landscape and beautiful scenery of the Nile River while sailing to Luxor. Cross Esna Lock and have lunch on board. Enjoy afternoon tea on the sundeck.
Luxor Temple - Late in the afternoon, arrive at your cruise dock and transfer to Luxor Temple on the East Bank of Luxor, showcasing ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features. Enjoy dinner on board and a belly dancing show. Overnight in Luxor.
Note: If you arrive at Luxor dock by 3:00 or 3:30 pm, we have the chance to visit both Karnak and Luxor Temples.
Balloon Ride, Luxor Tour & Departure Transfer
Colossi of Memnon - Begin around 5:30 am to 6 am (timing can be adjusted) with a 30 to 45-minute hot air balloon flight over the West Bank of Luxor, offering an aerial view of the landscape and famous landmarks. Watch the sun illuminate the sky over the great temples and mountains below.
Valley of the Kings - After breakfast and check-out, drive to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, where New Kingdom pharaohs carved their tombs in the mountains to hide their treasures and protect their mummies.
Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Next, visit the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, and learn about her beautiful temple and intriguing story with her nephew. End your West Bank tour with a photo stop at the gigantic statues of Memnon. Lunch at a local restaurant (optional).
Temple of Karnak - Return to the East Bank to visit Karnak Temple, the largest temple ever built, spanning 2,000 years and covering about 63 acres. Take photos among its huge pillars and obelisks. Finally, transfer to your Luxor hotel, airport, or railway station (around 3:00 to 4:00 pm).

- Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
