Amazing guide! Amazing country! - The tour was so well planned, we saw the most amazing places and our guide, Yayak, took such great care of us! He was friendly, professional and was always punctual. He provided recommendations for us that accommodated our needs and interests, and always looked out for our well-being.

Dream comes true.... - When we reach juanda Airport, we were welcomed by Ivans. He's gonna be our guide and driver throughout our adventures. Before we start our adventures, we communicate all the iteniary via WhatsApp. We went to the water fall and had a great time there. We have an ample time for all adventures. Mount Bromo was fun although we start as early as 12 midnight to catch the sunrise and awesome view. Ivans brief us about the places while driving and remind us to prepare our clothing as it's gonna be so so cold. All the hotels were great and superb especially Hotel Santika in Malang. My husband was so happy and proud after conquering Mount Ijen especially he witnessed the Ijen blue fire. Our guide is so helpful and busy guiding my husband through that adventure until he fulfilled his dreams catching the blue fire. Whatever was being expected of this trip was fulfilled awesomely. We have a memorable adventures! Thank you for this well organised trip. You guys are awesome and of course we will be back!!

MEMORABLE MOMENTS - I got to say climbing Mt Bromo Mt Ijen such a memorable experience. My 1st one and its such a beautiful view. Really. I know how tired and painful climbing is but the view paid off. Its the nature, natural creations. Something we should appreciate. Only thing I wish if theres faster way to go between these 2 places. 6to9hours in a car can get really boring and tiring for me, since I am so active cannot keep still🤣 Good to sleep in after a long tiring climb, can try to sleep in a car. Overall the our tour Guide, the jeep driver and Mt Ijen climbers. Indeed the BEST PEOPLE I met. They are so funny, friendly and very understanding. They help me A LOT! Like a brother to me. I definitely find chance to come again few years down the road. ❤️

Fantastic tour - We had an amazing trip with our fantastic driver Yayak. We travelled around Bromo, Ijen and waterfalls. View was breathtaking. Yayak helps us to find perfect places for watching sun rise at Bromo. And we had so much fun swimming in the grand waterfall. Really hope to be here again.

Fantastic tour - The whole planning was smooth. Mount Bromo sunrise was spectacular and worth the trip alone.
We also hike Mount Ijen to see the glowing blue flame and Ijen. This is a physically demanding hike. Our Ijen local guide Matahi is very experienced as he was a former miner. He brought us up and down the crater safely.
Madakaripura waterfall is a good place for photography, our local guide Sen took many Instagrammable photos.
Milky way in my opinion is not worth it as it really depends on weather.
Overall our tour guide Rama and driver Arif are both easy going. Arif is very skillful and experienced in driving, navigating the rough terrains of the mountains. Rama is very patient and coordinated the trip well when itinerary has to be changed due to weather conditions.

Best way to experience the beauty of East Java - We booked a 4D3N trip from Surabaya, to Mt Ijen and then to Mt Bromo before going back to Surabaya. We did not snorkel, and chose to visit the beach and a park instead.
Communication with Sherry was prompt without hassle. Our guide Hamim was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us customise parts of our trip so we could experience more amazing sights in our short time there. Our driver Risan was polite and drove us everywhere on time safely :)
Overall, we managed to see the beautiful sights of East Java in a short and intense weekend trip. If we had more time, we would have loved to stay for 1 more day in both Banyuwangi (Mt Ijen) and Probolinggo (Mt Bromo) to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Bring a warm jacket, good hiking boots and your camera and you’ll have a great time!

Lovely Volcanoes - Just completed a 4 days 3 nights Bromo/Ijen tour with our guide Erick, who was very friendly and accomodating. He is a very skillful driver making sure we always reach our destination safely. Restaurant recommendations are all good with proper hygiene. Special mention was that when we requested for a place we could stop over and freshen up after the Ijen hike, and he took us this decent public shower, it really help made the return journey more relaxed. (We checked out of the hotel at midnight cos it doesn't make sense to travel another 2 hours just to shower and have breakfast before rushing to airport for flight back) 5 stars rating for him!
Rental equipment is provided like the walking poles, the gas masks and torchlights are all in good working conditions and most importantly, clean.
Both hotels we stayed in are better ones in the area, They are clean and proper which is important for recharge after a climb.
Didn't give full mark for the trip because:
1. Didn't get to see the Milky Way due to cloudy night. Further, $50 per pax is expensive. Though the Tour Company did state it upfront during the booking that this is optional and no refund will be given. On hindsight, we shouldn't have decided in advance.
2. The $90 per pax entrance fees for the tour charged by the Company is on the high side. However, again, the Tour Company has been upfront with it on their website and explicitly stated on the booking voucher. Guess there is a price for convenience.
I would strongly recommend people doing Ijen and Bromo to consider a day of rest in between like we did to recover so you can thoroughly enjoy your holidays.
Overall, a very pleasant trip.

Poor services for an expensive trip - There are many things that need to be corrected in your program and in the organization with the guide.
Day 1: When we arrived at Surabaya airport, the guide was not present at the exit gate, and we had to wait more than 20 minutes to find him.
Day 2: According to your program, departure was scheduled for 2:00 AM, but the guide suggested we leave at 2:30 AM instead. When we woke up at the hotel, the guide was still asleep in his car, and we had to ask the reception to wake him up. We ended up leaving at 2:50 AM. As a result, we got stuck in traffic near Mount Bromo (because of the late departure). To catch the sunrise, we had to run, and the guide couldn’t keep up with us. We ended up enjoying the sunrise without him.
After breakfast, we left for Surabaya. There were two routes to reach Banyuwangi: the expressway or via Mount Ijen (which is longer). We requested the shortest route, but the guide chose the longer, mountainous road at night. This was a very dangerous and difficult route to drive on after such a short night of sleep. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 PM, much later than the expected 7:00 PM.
Moreover, it is neither normal nor responsible for the guide, who woke up at 2:50 AM, to have to drive for 9 hours in one day. It is not responsible and is dangerous to drive so much. In fact, the guide was very tired and started to fall asleep at the wheel.
Day 3: A very good day with a coffee plantation visit organized by the guide (which we had to pay extra for).
Day 4: The guide suggested we go watch the sunrise at Baluran (another paid activity) and then go see the animals in the park. We woke up at 3:00 AM, but when we arrived at the park, we couldn’t enter until 7:00 AM. We had to wait 3 hours before we could enter the park.
On our way back to Surabaya, we couldn’t even take the entire highway because the credit card you provided to the driver didn’t have enough funds to cover the tolls. We had an extra hour of driving. Again, we arrived at the hotel late, as we did every day.
All these errors by the guide and the lack of professionalism on your part prevented us from fully enjoying the trip.
The fact that we couldn’t go to Mount Ijen is not your fault; however, as a travel agency, you must find solutions for your clients. You cannot simply offer a free day of activities as compensation.
We went to the Banyuwangi region for nothing since we couldn’t visit Mount Ijen or see the sunrise at Baluran.
You wrote on your website that you provide money for food and accommodation. I spoke with the guide, and this is not the case at all, he had to sleep in his car and pay for his own meals. This is unacceptable.
A lot of work to do if they want to offer such an expensive trip with such poor services!
