Temple of Karnak - Following the Luxor Temple, proceed to the Karnak Temple Complex, one of the largest and most impressive temple complexes in Egypt. Sunday: Luxor to Esna – A Journey Along the Nile

After breakfast, embark on a guided tour to the West Bank of Luxor. Explore the magnificent Valley of the Kings, also known as the Valley of the Gates of the Kings, an area in Egypt where, for nearly 500 years from the Eighteenth Dynasty to the Twentieth Dynasty, rock-cut tombs were excavated for pharaohs and powerful nobles under the New Kingdom of ancient Egypt.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, a stunning example of ancient Egyptian architecture dedicated to one of Egypt’s few female pharaohs. The mortuary temple of Hatshepsut is a mortuary temple built during the reign of Pharaoh Hatshepsut of the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt. Located opposite the city of Luxor, it is considered to be a masterpiece of ancient architecture.

Relish a sumptuous lunch on the Nile Dahabiya as you sail towards your next destination, savoring local flavors and fresh ingredients. Disembark to explore the Temple of Edfu, one of the best-preserved ancient temples in Egypt, dedicated to the falcon god Horus. Tuesday: Sailing to Aswan

Aswan Governorate - Continue your voyage towards the charming El Sheikh Fadl Island. As you sail, take in the picturesque landscapes and the serene atmosphere of the Nile. Savor a delightful lunch on board as you approach the island. The onboard chef will prepare a variety of local and international dishes to tantalize your taste buds. Upon arrival at El Sheikh Fadl Island, take a relaxing break with a traditional tea service. Enjoy the tranquility of the island, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Nile. Wednesday: Aswan Exploration & Disembarkation

Begin your exploration of Aswan with a visit to the Philae Temple, a stunning temple complex dedicated to the goddess Isis, situated on an island in the Nile. The Philae temple complex is an island-based temple complex in the reservoir of the Aswan Low Dam, downstream of the Aswan Dam and Lake Nasser, Egypt.

Aswan High Dam - Continue to the High Dam, an engineering marvel that controls the waters of the Nile and created Lake Nasser, one of the world’s largest artificial lakes. The Aswan Dam, or more specifically since the 1980s, the Aswan High Dam, is one of the world’s largest embankment dams, which was built across the Nile in Aswan, Egypt, between 1960 and 1970. When it was completed, it was the tallest earthen dam in the world, eclipsing the United States’ Chatuge Dam.

Aswan - Return to the Nile Dahabiya for disembarkation. Your guide will assist with the process, and you’ll be transferred to your next destination or hotel in Aswan.

(Optional): If time permits, explore more of Aswan on your own or arrange additional tours, such as visiting Abu Simbel, The Unfinished Obelisk, or taking a felucca ride around the islands.
