unforgettable trip! - So yes, some will say that the transfers were tiring, it’s true. But the trip is well worth it!! The entire Triad agency team went out of their way to ensure that we had the best possible stay. I insist on the fact that all the staff, whether the organizers on site, the crew on the boat, the guides... were infinitely kind! The organization was really top notch, we just had to go with it! So yes also there are additional excursions but it's written in the program we know when we leave that if we want to see Abu Simbel we have to add money... But it's worth it: we pay the organization, the guides and safety! A special mention to our guide on the cruise Samiah (perfectly French-speaking) who passes on to you with passion and patience his immense knowledge about this magnificent civilization!! Only great souvenirs!!

Egypt Tour 360° - We have just returned from our 360° Egypt tour trip sold by Perfectstay and organized on site by Triad Travel. On the trip description it was clearly stated that the program could be modified but that all visits would be carried out. This was the case there were a lot of changes. It is true that visits were grouped over one day instead of 2 which allowed them to sell us optional excursions on free days, for example Abu Simbel temple at €100 (per person) hot air balloon ride over Luxor at €115 (per person) ; personally I find that these prices are too expensive, I was able to realize this on site by talking with other people who paid €50 for this hot air balloon ride (a big difference!). On the other hand, the Triad staff is very efficient. We were picked up in Cairo by Mohamed, who was very professional and the formalities were very quick. The Nile cruise went very well on the Pioneer 2 boat, which was a little old but very clean; great atmosphere, 90% French, very good meals, lovely staff, only downside is the swimming pool is freezing. All the guides we had during the 15 days were friendly. We had a very good stay, although it was tiring (waking up at 3 a.m., 4 a.m., 5 a.m....) but we have lots of memories.

Agency to avoid for a stay in Cairo - Incompetence of the representatives of the Triad agency in Cairo available at the Passage hotel (contrary information from one day to the next and depending on who you talk to). They make a hard sell by telling you that if you do not take the exercises you will stay 3 hours on the bus waiting for other travelers) Travelers must adapt to the wishes of the Triad agency in Cairo and not the other way around. Program not respected and not kept. No service from the service. No respect for customers Satisfaction survey completed at the end of the cruise, i.e. halfway through the circuit The rooms at the hotel "le passage hôtel & casino" are of average quality and some, bordering on unsanitary (see photo of our room 2021) No courtesy room for late departures we left the room at 12 p.m. for a flight at 11:20 p.m. Iberia. On the other hand, I would like to point out that the support in Luxor by our local guide and until the end of the cruise was well managed. Thanks to Hussein (our guide on the cruise) who raises the level of this agency.
