LuxorPrivateTours, Ash and Rama are awesome - We don't normally write reviews but this is a special case. We are from Florida and this is really our second time overseas. We tried purchasing the Nile River cruise from TourRadar.com. We had many questions and I tried emailing the tour operators and got very few answers back. We had more questions than answers could be provided. Ultimately, the TourRader purchase didn't work and TourRadar gave us our money back and I was back at square one looking for someone to help us with getting our River Nile cruise. I finally found LuxorPrivateTours online and called them (I didn't have much time left). Ash answered the phone. Nice (BTW, he answered the phone EVERY time I called and responded immediately when I texted him via WhatsApp). Then he answered all our questions (three times without issues because we didn't understand anything [Yes, he has a lot of patience]); even the difficult questions relating to how much he was charging us. Then he gave me pricing for everything we wanted to do. He also managed to accommodate us in every manner we needed. We reluctantly gave Ash our trust and approval for everything. Ash said, "Thank you, your in good hands and leave it all to me. You can pay me when you get here, during your trip or even afterwards, whenever you like." That was weird (and scary) to us. Ash had his representative pick us up from the Cairo airport (nicely dressed in a suit too) and get us to the hotel (and cheaper than the hotel wanted too). We had issues knowing who to tip and how much. Ash covered all our tipping too. He booked our internal flights (without us paying for them ... who does that?) Ash himself picked us up from the hotel and travelled with us to Luxor. (Guides don't do that; do they?) We loved the personal service. He helped check us into the boat and assigned a tour guide who travelled with us on the boat. (Guides don't do that either; do they?) We got to talk to our guide, Rama, for every meal and she helped us with every detail of our trip. The personal service was incredible. After the boat trip, he saw us back to Cairo with no issues. We were worried he would inflate the bill or something we didn't expect. On the way back to the hotel, Ash had a single line item on the invoice for each item we agreed on, at the amount we agreed on and added the 10% tip because he tipped everyone for us. No hidden charges, no inflation and no surprises. We received the bill exactly as expected. We were travelling with friends and our friends booked a different tour guide (Yasmin) in Cairo to see the pyramids. The tour was supposed to include lunch and camel ride. She charged us an additional $250USD for the camel ride, an additional 200EGP to pay off security guards and another 200EGP to pay off another set of guards to see a temple. We were ripped off. This is what we get for not using Ash and LuxorPrivateTours. Our trip concluded with one of Ashs representatives picking us up from the hotel to bring us back to the airport at the end of our trip. In short, Ash and Rama were a beacon of light and did everything PERFECTLY. This is a real review. You can find us at skarstech. Ash, you are a good man. Come see us in Florida and we will take you to Disney World. Sorry, Ash, we are not ready to post photos just yet. Remind us later and we should be able to add one or two.

Excellent experience - We had an excellent experience with Ashraf and the team of guides and drivers. We were traveling with 3 kids, including a 9-months old baby and the arrangements made by Ashraf for the cruise were excellent, at the right price. He also met us in person at the train station, very early as the night train from Cairo was almost on time! He was also always available and checking on us as we were continuing our trip to Aswan. A special mention to Dr. Mohamed who guided us in Luxor. No offense to all other great guides we had in Egypt, but his academic knowledge, coupled with the ease of communication, made for an experience on another level. Although we initially had some concern about wiring money, as opposed to credit card payment, all was smooth and reliable.

Spaniards coming from Dubai in Egypt - Ashraf organized everything in a very nice way. Although we were only in Egypt for 5 days, it was more than enough to see the most important and characteristic places and temples. The tour guides (special mention to Jamal and Mohamed :) ) were super friendly and knowlegeable, and it made our experience even better. We believe the cruise is an essential part of the trip, being able to see Egypt from another perspective (the Nile river). Luxor Aswan cruise Trip - Ashraf is a Gentleman and Fantastic person who know how to plan the activities and make your stay comfortable and hassle free...I visited Luxor Aswan Nile cruise and it was the most fantastic and memorable journey for me and my family ..All credit goes to Mr Asharf who have planed in such a way that we were not worried about any thing and all activities were well planned . Trip to Luxor and Aswan including Nubian Village and Abu Simbel - I went to a trip to Luxor and Aswan with my family arranged by Mr Ashraf, the owner of Luxor private tour. The Cruise was really good and had beautiful rooms. The staff was also very cooperative. Moreover, food was exceptionally delicious. We visited many beautiful temples on our way. Also, the guides were very knowledgeable and nice. We visited Abu Simbal and Nubian village too. Overall everything was arranged perfectly, according to our comfort. I would highly recommend them to everyone who's planning to visit ay city in Egypt.

My Memorable Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan including Abu Simbel - Visiting Luxor and Aswan on Nile Cruise ship was a long standing item of my wish list. Last month while searching about any good tour package on internet, I came across the name of Mr Ashraf Boraie who is owner of Luxor Private Tour. I read reviews about him on Trip Advisor and decided to deal with him. I found him friendly, straight forward and fair in his dealings. He is reasonable good at communicating in English language. He is also very quick in response on WhatsApp or phone calls even at odd hours. He planned an amazing trip for my family. He booked a very good cruise ship, Royal Esadora, for my family. He included visits to all important sites in our package. Some of the places like Botinical garden were not part of package, but he arranged our visit to these places. Very clean and new model vehicles were attached by him for all site visits. Tour guides attached with us at all sites were also very knowledgeable. I would particularly mention about Mr Ahmed who also accompanied us on ship during Nile Cruise. He is a very friendly guy with always a smiling face. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Tour guide also took us to different shops of souveniers, popyrus, spices, oils etc. There was no pushing for purchasing anything. Visits to Nubian village and Abu Simbel were also included in our tour. Both places are amazing and MUST visit places. During entire tour Mr Ashraf remained in contact with me through WhatsApp or phone call to know if everything was fine and that we were happy and satisfied or had any complaint about anything. Throughout the visit, owner of Luxor Private Tour and his tour guides made all efforts to make us happy, comfortable and satisfied. The ship which we boarded was Royal Esadora. It was a very nice and comfortable ship, staff was very friendly who made all their efforts to keep us happy and well entertained. Food was amazing with a lot of variety every day. Will always remember the evening tea on sun deck with beautiful view of Nile. I will specially mention the efforts of house housekeeping staff who cleaned our cabin and made our beds every day with amazing shapes of heart/ flowers in my cabin and different animals like monkeys, monkeys, alligators, Swan etc in our children's cabin.

Great tour, too much history to absorb - I booked a solo, private Nile River cruise with Luxor Private Tour in November 2022. Ashraf, the owner of the company, went out of his way to look after me the entire time. He organized the stay on the cruise ship, tour guides (all of whom were very knowledgeable), transportation, and entry tickets for every stop along the way.He called every day to ask how the day went and update me on the next day's plan. I was happy enough that after I arrived in Cairo, I also asked him to arrange a private tour of the pyramids of Giza, Sakkara, and Memphis.
