Temple of Karnak - Upon arrival at Luxor airport, a representative will welcome you and guide you to your Nile Cruise. In the afternoon, you’ll begin your exploration of Luxor’s East Bank, starting with the Karnak Temples Complex. This historic site features some of the largest structures ever built, with the main building dedicated to the god Amun Ra.

Luxor Temple - Next, you’ll visit the Luxor Temple, originally built by a king of the 12th dynasty and later completed by the renowned king Ramses II. Luxor West Bank – Sail to Edfu

Valley of the Kings - After breakfast on board, embark on a magical tour of Thebes, the sacred land, by exploring Luxor’s West Bank. Your first stop will be the Valley of the Kings, the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt, serving as the final resting place for many Pharaohs.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Next, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, considered one of the most remarkable examples of ancient Egyptian architecture, as it was entirely carved into the mountain. Admire the intricate details and impressive design of this unique temple.

Colossi of Memnon - Conclude your tour with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of King Amenhotep III. Marvel at the impressive size of these ancient structures before returning to your Nile Cruise for lunch and dinner (B-L-D).

Edfu – Kom Ombo – Sail to Aswan

Temple of Horus - After breakfast on board, embark on a mysterious journey to the land of secrets. Your guided tour begins with a visit to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of the best-preserved ancient Egyptian temples, known for its grand columns and detailed hieroglyphics that showcase the rich history of this sacred site.

Kom Ombo - After exploring the Temple of Horus, return to your Nile Cruise and enjoy a delicious lunch on board as you sail towards Kom Ombo. Spend the afternoon relaxing and taking in the stunning views along the Nile.

Temple of Kom Ombo - Later, arrive at the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris. Explore the intricate carvings and fascinating history of this unique temple before returning to your Nile Cruise. Spend the rest of the day enjoying the sun deck and the breathtaking scenery of the Nile River. Marvel at the landscapes that have been the birthplace of ancient Egyptian civilization. Aswan Tour

Aswan High Dam - Start your day with a delicious breakfast on board before meeting your Egyptology guide to explore Aswan. Your first stop will be the High Dam, constructed in 1960 AD by Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser to protect Egypt from the annual Nile River flooding and to support the country’s economic and agricultural development.

Temple of Philae - After visiting the High Dam, enjoy a relaxing motorboat ride along the Nile River to Agilika Island to visit the stunning Temple of Philae, built during the Greco-Roman period and dedicated to the goddess Isis, mother of god Horus. Marvel at the intricate carvings and stunning architecture before returning to your Nile Cruise.

Unfinished Obelisk - After exploring the Temple of Philae, your guide will take you to see the Unfinished Obelisk, carved from red granite and dedicated to the god Amun Ra. This massive obelisk was abandoned due to cracks that appeared during its construction, offering a fascinating glimpse into ancient Egyptian techniques.

After your tour, return to your Nile Cruise for a delicious dinner on board and a relaxing evening sailing down the Nile River. (B-L-D)

Aswan - After a final breakfast on board, check out of your Nile Cruise and meet with our representative who will accompany you to Aswan airport for your flight to Cairo.

If time permits before your flight, consider an optional excursion to the magnificent Abu Simbel temple, built by Pharaoh Ramses II and regarded as one of Egypt’s most impressive temples. Marvel at the intricate carvings and massive statues as you explore this ancient wonder.

Alternatively, you may choose to spend some free time exploring Aswan before your flight. Our representative can provide recommendations for local activities and sights to visit.
