Seeing animals in their right surroundings! - Just returned after 12 days of vacation, in paradise. Would never have been without this amazing holiday. Amazing safari very good service great driver and very good French speaking guide - The magnificent landscape we saw the big fives and the chance to see the cheetah and its cubs it was incredible everything was perfect from the meal for the day until the transfer for departure from Arusha to Zanzibar

Absolutely the best a safari can be. - Zara Safaris was incredible Peter our eagle-eyed guide was knowledgable, humerous and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw all the animals Serengeti had to offer, but also made the effort to ensure we got the best angles for our photo's too. We had so much fun laughing and learning and experienced nature at its finest. The staff in all three hotels were kind and helpful, and the food was great. We had comfortable beds and good showers. We can't thank Mama Zara, Benito our activity coordinator and Peter our guide enough for a trip of a lifetime. Highly recommend to go with Zara if you want to get the best possible experience for your safari.

Great Unforgettable Adventure - We had an amazing experience and I highly recommend Zara Tours for the outstanding time. We were lucky to have guide Munsa with us, he is highly experienced and has a great sense of humor. He knew the expansive Serengeti very well, thus the game drives with him were very productive. We found many interesting sights and enjoyed great picnics. I have to commend their choice of accommodations, we stayed in Ngorongoro Wild Camp, Serengeti Wild Camp, Serengeti Wildebeest Camp. They were all quite luxurious and had top quality service. I highly recommend Zara Tours, they try very hard to make their guests happy.

Awesome Family Adventure - What's not to love about the recent trip with Zara Tours. Our guide Mansoul made the trip incredibly awesome with his top guiding skills and likeable nature. We got to see all the animals in our wishlist including our first experience of the wildebbeest migration in Serengeti. The accommodations were really good. We loved the service, food and comfortable rooms. It was sad for my boys to say goodbye to Mansoul after the awesome adventure.

Fantastic Serengeti Safari - Highly enjoyable trip perfectly organized by Zara Tours. Brighton the guide was incredible finding animals where we would not have, had we been on our own. He was always punctual with spacious 4x4 jeep cleaned and a fully stocked fridge. It was fun moving from one wildlife scene to the next with him sharing his vast knowledge from past experiences. We were happy with the tented camps in the parks. They were excellent. Kudos everyone

A Great Trip - This trip was phenomenal. Our guide Agostino worked tirelessly to make sure that we saw all the animals that were on our wish-list. All the facets of the trip were perfectly sequenced so that we had a very fulfilling trip. The hot air balloon ride was a great inclusion because Serengeti is so beautiful from above. I have to mention that accommodations were perfect. A big thank you to the whole team at Zara involved in making the trip tremendously successful.

Awesome Trip Once Again - This was our second time with Zara Tours and it was perfect. Everything went seamlessly. From communication with reservations, payments, pick-up at the airport and the actual tour was seamless. We were very lucky that the company managed to get us guide Tarimo again. It was great to see him again . His effusive charm, vast knowledge and great driving skills impressive made the trip very special. At Lake Manyara we were lucky to see tree climbing lions and had an awesome time at Olduvai Museum. Zara organizes the best accoms and I better review them on their pages

Fantastic Overall - Overall Zara was fantastic. Our Guide Willie was the best. He made us feel safe, secure and truly wanted us to have the best experience possible and he went out of his way to do so. Our only real issue was housing. We opted for the mid-level package and was ok with it for the most part. However, during our 8 day Serengeti tour we for some unknown reason were moved from our decent camp site to another one after just one night. The site we were told was equal, however, it was not at all. Physically similar but not near as together. Staff, food, and accommodation's were at much lower lever and no electric in the evening at all. I sleep with a Cpap machine and need that very much. So after a very bad night we are then moved to I assume a Luxury level to make up for it for one night. That was nice but would have rather just stayed where we originally were booked. So overall Zara was a great company to use. On another note: We booked 5 days in Uganda through Zara, but they subcontract out to another company which I understand. However, when thing went wrong there it was impossible to get Zara to help and we had no idea who to contact with the actual Ugandan tour group. We finally figured it out but that was strange. That trip as well went great with a fantast guide. However, they messed up the accommodations booking for the Gorilla trek to a mid level site that had no Idea we were arriving and was not prepared to have guests, it seemed closed. No electric and no war water to shower anywhere. We ourselves chose to leave the next day and find our own place to stay for the final night. That worked out great. We got 4 star place for under $90 including excellent food for dinner and breakfast included. Once again we did have a great time. I just suggest that if you have to use two different companies booked the yourself individually. Had the accommodations not got messed up twice this would be a 5 star review.
