TRAVELING TO TANZANIA? CUBS EXPEDITIONS WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! - I have nothing but good things to say about this experience. the lodges, though humble, provided all we needed a comfortable bed, a working toilet, and warm shower. They were clean. the food was delicious. perhaps that was my favorite part. eating home made delicious meals. the safari/game drives were an experience to remember. Every evening our tour guide would discuss with us the plan for the next day and amongst us decide what time we wanted to start. We realized earlier the better even if it meant waking up at 5am. We were fine with that! We camped at Serengeti and the Ngorongoro crater rim. These were experiences one cannot forget. For one, at Serengeti we got the Serengeti serenade, the lions roar every morning around 3-4 am. at the crater's rim, we slept amongst the zebras and the buffalo. you could hear them munching all over and walking all over next to the tents. At no point did we ever felt in danger. these animals wont mess with you unless you mess with them. The parks were beautiful places in itself. Being able to see the wildlife in its habitat is a lifetime experience to remember. The best part of this was our tour guide, his name is Nuru! highly recommended. he has the best eyes ever. he can see what nobody can see. If you have him as your guide tip him extra, he deserves it and rest assure you wont miss out on any sightings. There were animals we couldnt see, even with binoculars. He would pull out his cellphone camera and zoom in and tell us focus your attention right here (point out the area) and there youd eventually see the animal. I highly recommend this company, and of course Nuru!!!!! Nuru is the best!!!

Brilliant safari experience - We were able to see so many animals in the Serengeti on the first day. It was simply unbelievable. And on the following days, the variety of animals and landscape was simply breathtaking! The guides were very nice and made every effort to meet the needs of each individual. And to match that, the food was excellent every day :)

Impeccable and always happy - We were a young group (23 years old). It was brilliant and we are very excited. Pure adventure. The food was delicious and all our wishes were taken care of. Our tour guide Anno was super nice and looked after us well. Hamfrey, who was responsible for the organization, always responded immediately and took great care of everything.

Great safari and trekking - After having checked many options, I booked my safari tour with Cubs expeditions and I am very happy about my decision. They offered affordable prices, with great guides, food and a personal support from the beginning till the end of my stay! I've booked a 6 days Safari Tour and I did really enjoy it! You have to be prepared to spend many hours inside the Jeep, but this is a part of the experience, as you are not allowed to go out of the car, because you are visiting national parcs with wild animals. That's why after the Safari, I've needed some action and decided to climb the Kilimanjaro! As for the Safari, Cubs expeditions organized the 6 days Kili climbing (Machame Route) and it was a hard, but a unique experience! During the hike be prepared for all kind of temperatures hot and cold, sun, wind, rain and snow! Bring a suncream with a high protection, and wet wipes ;) and be sure that your backpack is waterproof or just put your stuff within plastic bags! As for the Safari, the food was excellent, each day we had a different meal (soup, fruits, vegetables, rice, potatos and pasta). The guides did also a great job by motivating us to keep going and all the 3 of us reached the summit and that's was an unforgettable feeling :) Thank you again to Humphrey for their support and help!

Wild Experience - We did the 6 days and 5 nights Safari at Taranguire, Sengeriti and Ngorogoro with 3 other people. Humphrey was always very responsive to the emails and provided all the information needed as we planned the safari via email. Price is very affordable and definitely matching our expectations. Our guide Anwar was super amazing and have good eyes and full understanding of how wildlife works. He took us to the best spots where the actions are always happening. We took the opportunity to ask as many questions as possible and his knowledge was impressive. The planning was very flexible and the accommodation such as camping sites and food are great. We went for the good season where we were able to see almost all the big 5 except for the Rhino which is very low probability of seeing in the wild. I greatly recommend this tour company as they are very passionate with what they do and always makes sure that you will get the best experience of your life. Five star!

Amazing honeymoon safari - we saw it all! - The second half of our experience with Cubs Expeditions (after a week climbing Kilimanjaro) was a 5-day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. After a week of camping, we opted for the midrange to stay in lodges. The lodges in the Serengeti (Heritage Tented Lodge) and Ngorongoro (Rhino Lodge) were such cool experiences being right in the nature and even seeing animals by our rooms. The amenities are somewhat basic, but nice beds and sheets and a shower! Plus good food. Following in line with our experience climbing Kili, the food even for lunch each day was delicious. Others has boxed lunches, we had real meals! Now, onto the good stuff. We saw EVERYTHING you could want to see. Even after losing some time due to an accident that blocked the road to Serengeti and some other car mishaps, I didn’t feel at all that we missed out. The days can be long and the roads can be tiring, but our guide/driver Amani was so experienced, he dealt with every issue and found us every animal you can imagine! He got us insanely close to some amazing wildlife - tons of lions, lion cubs, cheetahs and cheetah cubs, elephants, Buffalo, hyenas, ostriches, hippos, giraffes, zebras, baboons, Wildebeest, and on and on. We even saw a leopard. And a few rhinos (from afar) in Ngorongoro! I am not sure there was any type of animal that we didn’t see. We also appreciated that he also took some opportunities to get away from all the other safari vehicles and explore on our own. Sometimes it’s worth getting into the big line of cars to see something interesting, but it’s definitely nice to just soak in the beauty and maybe even see some animals without a bunch of cars around! For two weeks of our honeymoon we were completely in the hands of Cubs Expeditions and we couldn’t be happier. Humphrey was extremely responsive and it was such a relief to have someone there for us the whole time.

The BEST Safari experience ever!! - We booked our safari only 2 weeks before leaving. We are with two families 7 persons) and read only good reviews about Humphrey and his team. We send him a text message and he replied immediately. We changed our plans several times. And Humphrey was so flexible and worked with us. Everything we asked him, he arranged it for us. He managed to get us into beautiful lodges and tented camps even though most of the accommodations were fully booked. Every time we send him a text message he replied immediately if it was about accommodation, food, price, artillery nothing bothered him. He just arranged it. When we met hem he turned out to be the most humble and nicest person we met. When we arrived he and his team picked us up from the airport and explained us what the plan was. He introduced his cook and driver to us and made sure we were comfortable before he left. His team was also top!! The cook omg Hamids food was sooo delicious and our driver Azizi was also patient with us. Even though he did not understand a word we were saying during the safari. If you are doubtful about booking a safari with Cubs DONT BE!! The experience we had and the service was absolutely unforgettable….

Greatest experience thanks to Humprhy and his team - The welcome at Arusha Airport by Humphry was warm and friendly. He is thoughtful and flexibel. Our chauffeur Azzizi and cook Hamid went with us, a family of 7 persons, of which 2 children of 16 years old. Azzizi drove responsibil and with outpost respect for the animals in the Parcs we visited. He foresaw the great spots to parc the vehicle so we had a great view to see the beautiful animals. After a day full of amazing views we where blessed with a great diner of chef cook Hamid.

Super super and again super Humphrey - We booked a safari holiday for 7 people last minute, about 2 weeks in advance. This would never have been possible if we had not come into contact with Humprey. He was flexible and spent a few days on and off work with us to put together the perfect safari. After several adjustments, Humprey remained flexible and managed to arrange the right accommodation for us in high season. The driver Aziz took us everywhere safely and picked us up. He has completely adapted to our wishes. In terms of payment, Humprey was also super flexible and one of the cheapest providers. In short, top notch. The food from the cook Said was top notch with hot lunch and hot dinner every day. This is definitely recommended. Thank you Humphrey.

Beautiful safari! - We did a 4 night, 5 day safari. the tour was well organized down to the smallest details. Transfer from the airport to Arusha, the nights in the hotel, the camps and the meals. Our guide Metele was very knowledgeable, always kind and attentive to our needs. The tour was exciting especially the (few) hours spent in Ngorongoro.
