Amazing Iceland and unforgettable moments - I would like to thank you Vjeran, our tour guide who led well our group of 16 people during a 6-day tour around Iceland. Vjeran is an experienced, knowledgeable and funny person who takes care of the needs of his participants. He is also an excellent driver. During our tour we visited all attractions mentioned in the itinerary and more. Our guide managed to squeeze in a few more stops, which made our tour extra attracted. Iceland is incredible! The country has rocky mountains, deep canyons, shiny glaciers, breath-taking waterfalls, black beaches, active geysers, black lava fields and more. Thanks Arctic Adventures I was able to admire a few waterfalls, and Seljalandsfoss witch a wee cave behind was my favourite. Studlagil Canyon with the largest number of basalt rock columns in Iceland and a stunning blue-green glacial river to contrast, was "must-see" on my travel list. Vatnajokull glacier is Europe`s largest icecap and I had privilege to hike it as well. Furthermore Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon it is a unique and magical place to see, next to Diamond Beach. You cant miss it. Last think that I would like to highlight is observing wildlife. I had the opportunity to observe humpback whales, cute puffins and Icelandic horses. Priceless moments! Finally, I would like to add that the accommodation was OK. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a private bathroom. Also the breakfast buffet was fine, even people like me (a vegetarian) had enough food to eat. Dziekuje bardzo Vjeran for making my dream come true. PS. Iceland was the 46th country/territory I visited during my trip around the world.

Fantastic trip in Iceland with Diddi - Apart from the changing weather, I had a fantastic experience in Iceland. The 6-day trip exceeded my expectations. The food was generally good, though one dinner out of six days' worth of lunches and dinners was too salty for my taste. The hotels were at a 3-star level. Our guide, Diddi, was funny and professional, creating opportunities for us to communicate with local Icelanders, which made the trip more interesting. My favorite experience was the whale watching on day 5. Despite the rainy and windy weather in Dalvik, we successfully saw whales up close. I highly recommend booking a trip with Diddi.

Incredible Iceland 🧊🩵 - Iceland delivered in every aspect. In 6 days we saw so much thanks to our awesome tour guide Vjeran. Waterfalls , canyons , craters , glaciers , geysers , hot pools . So many geographic and geothermal features. Wildlife included humpback whales , puffins , Icelandic horses . The journey included several unscheduled stops not on the itinerary . Such a bonus ! All accomodation surpassed expectations with plentiful breakfasts. The farm stay was a highlight. Special mention to Vjeran who was so integral in the groups enjoyment of the tour . Always knowledgeable commentary and always so much fun. Thank you for such an incredible Icelandic Adventure. I’ll definitely be back !

Wonderful 6-day tour around Iceland - My friend and I went on a 6-day tour around Iceland. The country is beautiful beyond expectations, with its rugged mountains, glaciers, geysers, numerous roaring waterfalls and quiet lagoons, breathtaking fiords and black lifeless lava fields. The highlights of the sightseeing program designed by Arctic Adventures were a glacier hike, bathing in natural geothermal lagoon, and whale watching on board a small boat off the northern coast of Iceland. Our unmatchable guide Vjeran managed to squeeze in a few more stops, one of them to see puffins - cute colorful seabirds. It would be only fair to recommend Vjeran as a very knowledgeable, easygoing, friendly and good-humoured person with excellent English; he is definitely one of the best in his profession. One thing Arctic Adventures might want to improve is an accommodation at a farm on the east coast of Iceland, which was way too authentic - the rooms are rustic and badly need renovation. Overall, the tour was a wonderful and memorable experience. Irina D

A Trip Of A Lifetime (Do not miss out!!) - I've just returned from this trip of a lifetime! This 6 day trip is rammed with memorable experiences - each one as good as the next - just magical. The hotels were clean and comfortable and the food excellent. The highlight of the trip for me though, was our amazing tour guide Vjeran. Not only did he go above and beyond to show us as much of his awesome country as possible but he kept the group laughing and upbeat throughout with his entertaining stories, jokes and witty repartee. Vjeran brought our group of 16 strangers together and we have become firm friends because of him. Not only do I highly recommend this trip but I am returning next year with my husband (I went with a friend this time round) to share this outstanding trip with him.

Interesting informative humorous tour - Great sight seeing & activities with 5 nights at different hotels Icelandic holiday. Many miles covered. Icing on the cake was our guide & driver Vignir ( think I spelt it right) who kept us entertained with humorous stories both mythical, scientific & from his family’s history. I felt we were in safe hands.

Exceeded expectations by a mile! - Our tour guide was Vjeran was incredible. We got to see everything that was on the itinerary plus some extras because there was time. He also acted as our “selfie-stick” to take photos of couples that included more scenery than a normal selfie. The waterfalls, villages, geothermal locations, and other sites were so beautiful! He provided much history of Iceland as we drove and entertained us as we drove around. To top everything, he was instrumental in encouraging group cohesion (though the group we had didn’t need much cohesion. I don’t know if it was the norm or not, but our group was 50% USA residents and the others were from different countries, which made the experience even more educational. I can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Amazing, enchanting trip with an equally amazing tour guide!! - This was our second time visiting Iceland. This time, we visited during the summer (1st time was in winter) and did the 6 day tour with Arctic Adventures (we did the 3 day tour last time). The entire tour was a magical, enchanting and amazing experience. We saw the beauty and power of Iceland (Waterfalls! Volcanos! Whales! Glaciers!) and immensely enjoyed our time. Our tour guide, Hjalti Bjornsson, was an incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and charismatic (not to mention, handsome;) ) guide, one of the best in the business. He truly made our experience unforgettable!!
