Peru a country to marvel at - Since we arrived in Lima, everything was perfect. On the city tour, I would remove the Love Park and add some more interesting points. It was the only place that did not seem as beautiful to me as the rest. In our case, we needed one more day in Cusco and we would have liked it. Get to know Ollataytambo. We didn't like the hotel in Machu Pichu town Htl Casa del sol so much We had a room with a view of the city (room 402) Old lock and difficult to open Small room with a bathroom with a very bad smell, we assume it was due to poor drainage The hotel staff very friendly We want to highlight the attention of the company staff throughout the entire journey from the day of arrival to the day of departure Miss Carolina in Cusco super professional Every day with very clear and precise instructions Really the attention of all the staff with the The one we had contact with was friendly, very well-disposed and super professional. Our congratulations to the company and we will surely return because Peru and its people amazed us.

Itinerary for those who are in shape! - We loved the script. The services provided by the agency are excellent, new vehicles, guides speaking Portuguese, punctual with the agreed schedules. As for the destination, it is recommended for people up to 40 years old lol in our case we suffered a little with the amount of climbs, as every day there is a lot of climbing, the altitude really hurt us, the coca tea and oxygen offered in the hotels helped.

Amazing trip - The trip through Peru was incredible. Vipac's guides and staff are very polite and organized, and demonstrate great knowledge of Peruvian history and culture. Thank you for the work you do, especially to the guides Davi in Machu Picchu and Washington throughout the sacred valley, who was a true teacher of pre-Columbian history.

Great but there is room for improvement - The trip was great and memorable, however, there are a few areas that need improvement: - It would be great to get a detailed schedule ahead of the trip. We were given an AM/PM schedule, however, we did not know what time we start and end our days until the night before. So sometimes it was difficult to plan ahead in terms of dinner reservations and other activity bookings. - We booked a "Double Room" which in standard hotel terms means one room with a double/queen/king bed, and it was clear in our reservation booking. We arrived the first night and found out that the room is a bedroom with two twin beds. As the first night of our vacation, this was not a good start and the hotel couldn't change us to another room on that first night. Also, the operator assured us that they will ensure this will not happen in our other hotel rooms in Cusco and Machu Picchu Town. However, the same situation happened again when we arrived in Cusco and we had to wait for more than an hour for the operator and the hotel to sort out the situation. Potential recommendation would be to ask the travelers what type of bedroom they want to ensure proper room allocation. - There were two lunches included in the package both buffet style which we didn't mind. However, the one we went to in Machu Picchu was poorly managed and the food quality control was negligible. My husband found a worm inside the cooked potato he was about to eat, and when reported the restaurant did not reacted. Therefore, the operator should reconsider the lunch options provided to travelers. - The trip mentions that 7 nights accommodations is included, however, it is only 6 night accommodations. We arrived on May 25 and our last hotel stay was May 30. The biggest positive about this trip are the amazing tour guides for the different attractions. Especially Paul in Macchu Picchu.

Don’t book with them - Let’s start from the beginning. 1. We arrived at Cusco and the operator told us that we had a city tour on the next day at 2.30pm. We waited for half an hour at the reception desk and no one showed up. They left the tickets to the monuments at the hotel reception and told that after all it was a “do it yourself” tour. 2. We booked the 4 days inka trail, a very expensive experience, and the guide “asked” us for a 30% tip for all the team. In the pre tour information it was written that we would have a carp with chemical toilet but that didn’t exist. We used the public toilets on the trail (which were a mess) 3. When we arrived to the sacred valley they forgot our luggage in Cusco. So we had no clean clothes after 4 days without a bath on the trail. We waited more than 3 hours for the luggage. 4. As if this wasn’t enough on the last day in Lima the transportation didn’t wait 15 minutes for us and we had to take a Uber to the airport. So, terrible experience. Never again. Please don’t make the mistake of booking with them.
