Rabat - Rabat, the capital of Morocco, is located along the Bouregreg River and the Atlantic Ocean. The city is renowned for its landmarks that reflect its Islamic and French-colonial history, such as the Kasbah of the Udayas. This royal fort from the Berber era is encircled by formal gardens designed by the French and offers views of the ocean. The city’s famous Hassan Tower, a 12th-century minaret, stands tall above the remnants of a mosque.

Volubilis - Volubilis is a partially excavated Berber-Roman city in Morocco, near Meknes, and may have served as the capital of the Kingdom of Mauretania during the reign of King Juba II. Prior to Volubilis, the kingdom’s capital might have been at Gilda.

Merzouga - Merzouga is a small town in the Sahara Desert of Morocco, close to the Algerian border. It is known as the entry point to Erg Chebbi, a vast area of sand dunes north of the town. To the west of Merzouga lies Dayet Srji, a seasonal salt lake that often dries up in summer. When filled, it attracts a variety of migratory and desert birds, including desert warblers, Egyptian nightjars, and sometimes flamingos.

Ouarzazate - Ouarzazate is a city located south of Morocco’s High Atlas mountains and is known as a gateway to the Sahara Desert. Its massive Taourirt Kasbah, which houses a 19th-century palace, offers views of the rugged local terrain that has been featured in several films. To the northwest is the fortified red-earth city of Aït Ben Haddou, and to the northeast is the rocky Todra Gorge. A road winds southeast through the lush palm groves of the Draa Valley leading to the desert.

Ait Ben Haddou - Aït Benhaddou is a historic ksar or fortified village along the former caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakesh in Morocco. It is considered an excellent example of Moroccan earthen clay architecture and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987.

Tizi n’Tichka - Tizi n’Tichka is a mountain pass in Morocco that connects the southeast of Marrakesh to the city of Ouarzazate through the High Atlas mountains. It is situated above the vast Marrakesh plains and serves as a gateway to the Sahara.

Marrakech - Marrakesh, a former imperial city in western Morocco, is a significant economic hub known for its mosques, palaces, and gardens. The medina is a densely packed, walled medieval city dating back to the Berber Empire, with maze-like alleys where bustling souks (markets) sell traditional textiles, pottery, and jewelry. A symbol of the city, visible from miles away, is the Moorish minaret of the 12th-century Koutoubia Mosque.

Jemaa el-Fnaa - Jemaa el-Fnaa is a square and marketplace in the medina quarter (old city) of Marrakesh. It remains the main square of Marrakesh, frequented by both locals and tourists.

Bahia Palace - The Bahia Palace is a palace from the mid to late 19th century in Marrakesh, Morocco. It was initially started by Si Musa, the grand vizier of Alaouite sultan Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman, in 1859 and later expanded by his son Si Ba Ahmed ibn Musa, the grand vizier of Sultan Moulay Abdelaziz, between 1894 and 1900.

Jardin Majorelle - The Majorelle Garden is a one-hectare botanical garden and artist’s landscape garden in Marrakech, Morocco. It was created by the French Orientalist artist Jacques Majorelle over nearly forty years, beginning in 1923, and features a Cubist villa designed by French architect Paul Sinoir in the 1930s.

Menara Gardens and Pavilion - The Menara Gardens are a historic public garden and orchard in Marrakech, Morocco. They were established in the 12th century by the Almohad Caliphate ruler Abd al-Mu’min. Along with the Agdal Gardens and the historic walled city of Marrakesh, the gardens have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985.

Koutoubia Mosque - The Kutubiyya Mosque, or Koutoubia Mosque, is the largest mosque in Marrakesh, Morocco. It is located in the southwest medina quarter of Marrakesh, near the Jemaa el-Fnaa marketplace, and is surrounded by large gardens.

SPECTACULAR TRIP! - We took a 7-day private tour, visiting several cities in Morocco. The company was very helpful, organizing the entire itinerary, booking hotels and hiring local guides in the main cities for personalized tours. The driver Ahmed, who served us, was always very friendly and helpful, providing us with an excellent and safe trip. A trip like this is very comfortable, where we don't have to worry about anything, from reception at the airport to boarding in Casablanca. We highly recommend it!
