Syabrubesi hot spring - SyabruBesi serves as the starting point for treks into the Langtang valley. The journey from Kathmandu to SyabruBesi spans approximately 117 km and takes about 7 to 8 hours by car. Along the way, travelers can enjoy picturesque views of mountains and rice terraces. The SyabruBesi bazaar is filled with numerous lodges and hotels.
Trek Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel, 6 hours walk, 2480m
Lama Hotel - We will leave the main road and descend to a camping area via a path opposite the Hotel Village View. The trail continues over a suspension bridge crossing the Bhote Koshi River and ascends to Thulo Syabru before crossing another bridge over the Langtang Khola. Eventually, the trail leads to a cluster of six lodges at Changtang, known as Lama Hotel, where we will spend the night. Today, we will engage in Yoga meditation, including warm-up exercises and various poses. Your Yoga Teacher will conduct a proper Yoga class to refresh your mind and soul. Good Night.
Trek Lama Hotel to Langtang valley 6 hours walk, 3420m
Langtang Valley - A short climb up the hill will bring us to a trail that opens into the Langtang valley, offering stunning views of Langtang Lirung. We will then pass through a forest to reach a meadow where yaks and wild goats graze. Today, we will also practice Yoga meditation. Your Yoga Teacher will provide a proper Yoga class to rejuvenate your mind and soul.
Trek Langtang valley to Kyanjin Gompa 3880 m
Kyanjin Gompa - Departing from the Langtang Valley, we will climb uphill to Sindum and Yamphu. The route then takes us through Laja Khola to a viewpoint offering panoramic views of Kyanjin Gompa and the icefall from Lirung and Kinshung. Today, we will also practice Yoga to keep our minds and bodies refreshed. Disconnect from your busy lifestyle. Below the viewpoint lies Kyanjin Gompa, where we will stay overnight.
Trek Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel
Lama Hotel - After breakfast, we will begin our descent back to Lama Hotel, enjoying views of the Langtang valley and various mountain landscapes. Today, we will continue our Yoga class with the Yoga master in front of the mountains and the beautiful natural forests.
Trek Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi 5 hours of walking
Hotel Garden Inn Shyfru Bensi - Today marks the end of our trek in the Himalayan wilderness as we return to Syabrubesi, our starting point, after a 5-hour walk. We will also learn the final steps of Yoga, helping you feel pure and detached from modern life. Your body will feel rejuvenated.
Drive back Syabrubesi to Kathmandu
Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal - A seven-hour drive along winding roads, enjoying the beautiful views of majestic mountains, cascading waterfalls, paddy fields, and forests, will bring us back to Kathmandu. We will be transferred back to our hotel. No Yoga today. Trip ends.
