Great sites and guides but frustrated with tour administration - Turkiye is a fun and educational visit. The sites are amazing. The people are friendly. The food is great. The guides are fun and very experienced as they share their knowledge. The minibuses are comfortable. I had four frustrations with this tour: 1. I had to ask each evening when and where to meet the next day. My expectation was the tour organizer to send me proactive notices. 2. The Istanbul tour did not include the famous huge Bascilica Cistern. Instead we visited an interesting small cistern followed by a carpet sales presentation! 3. My last day in Kusadasi had a "possible" day trip to Samos Greek Island. That did not happen. Instead I had an entire day to myself: I paid for a tour! There should've been an alternate tour that day to another attraction somewhat nearby such as Izmir. 4. Upon the return flight to Istanbul Airport from Izmir my tour ended despite providing my itinerary that my flight out of Turkiye was two days later. I had to navigate back to Istanbul on my own.
