The Yoga & Hiking retreat offers you a unique experience of hiking and yoga. You can visit some of the world’s most scenic hiking destinations and the idyllic nature of Norway, with its fjords, beautiful waterfalls, majestic mountains, and breathtaking views will leave you feeling awe.

This active retreat is an excellent way to revitalize yourself and return to your daily life feeling fresh and ready to take on new challenges.

Guided hiking tours are every day different.

We will walk 5-8 km, elevation 400-700 m.a.s.l. with slow pace and breaks.

The daily yoga you do during the retreat provides a good start for the day and helps you regenerate from the physical challenges of the hikes. This helps you stay fit and will make you return home completely relaxed after your hiking and yoga holiday.

After this week, you will have experienced fantastic hiking trails, improved your yoga skills and met like-minded people.

Amazing yoga & hiking - I joined the 7-day yoga and hiking retreat in Molde, Norway and it was absolutely amazing. We had a small group with likeminded people which I really liked. On the first evening, we enjoyed a very warm welcome by Pille and her guest teacher Camilla. Pille cooked us the most delicious healthy meals and desserts. We all got our own place in the hotel (a short walk from the yoga studio) where we could draw back for some alone time. The day usually started with a yoga session in the studio, which were guided by Pille and Camilla really well. We were not alone as locals from Molde could also join, which was nice because I met some lovely people from this town as well. The hikes were absolutely stunning and Pille organized them very well according to the weather of that day. Even on the rainy or foggy days, we made lovely trips to Bud, the Atlantic Road and the impressive Troll Wall. On the sunny days, we hiked to the top of different mountains and my personal favorite was the stunning mountain where you can find the Troll Church caves. The afternoon yoga sessions were very relaxing and helped us to recover from the hiking trips. When I got home after a week, I was so relaxed that it felt like I had been on holiday for 3 weeks. Norway is beautiful and Pille organizes the absolute best retreats. I totally recommend and hope to come back!

Perfect match of hiking and yoga - A great active holiday in beautiful Norway! Everything was very well organized and the program was well-thought-out. The varied and challenging hiking trails and relaxing yoga classes fit together perfectly, allowing you to get away from everyday life. Endlessly grateful for this extraordinary experience!

A great marriage of hiking and yoga - I'm an avid hiker and loved this week in the mountains of Norway. Splendid views all around, a little bit of snow hiking and even caves! The hikes were well set up so that even though our group was of different skill and endurance levels everyone had their challenges and everyone completed all hikes. Yoga was pretty new to me and I really liked it's relaxing effect after a full day on a mountain. The yoga and meditations took my hiking experience to a new level. With Pille's lead and support our group developed strong camaraderie. This was a real getaway from daily life.

Find peace of mind up in the North! - Pille is such an inspiring yoga instructor, a great hiking buddy, an excellent cook and a lovely friend. This trip is both a mental reset and a physical challenge that gives you so much energy and inner peace. Not to mention the extraordinary landscapes in Norway! I would certainly recommend this retreat to anyone who loves to become one with nature and with oneself. Namaste!

Alaskan getaway - Beautiful Alaskan scenery, amazing locally grown food, incredible yurt retreat center, mind blowing my beautiful hikes, fantastic yoga! Alaska was incredible and I can’t wait to return!

Great hikes and people - This was my first yoga + hiking retreat and I would definitely book again with Pille - she was such a great yoga instructor and guide too. We started off our days with yoga in the morning, having breakfast together and then setting off for hikes during the day and having a meal together in the evening. It was a very nice routine and where we stayed in Molde was a short walk from the yoga studio so the location was perfect for this. In yoga I had the opportunity to correct my postures and poses and learnt more about the styles and technique. The trip is also a great opportunity to meet other likeminded people and enjoy nature and hikes with new people, I would recommend to anyone looking for a balanced, outdoors trip

A wonder of beauty and nature - I attended Pile’s yoga and hiking retreat in early August and didn’t know what to expect. As soon as I arrived I felt at home and welcome. Myself and two other solo attendees stayed in a lovely apartment really close to the yoga studio and Molde centre - it has a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. Pile led the most wonderful morning yoga sessions and I was impressed with the variety of classes, she really catered to everyone’s needs. She also led the most beautiful and relaxing restorative evening yoga sessions after a long day’s hike. Everyday Pile judged the weather and how we were feeling and took us on the best hikes for that day. The hike we did to Romslgladden was simply stunning - panoramic views and ridgeway walking. Everyday we were taken to the most beautiful hiking spots and adventures.It was such a personal and welcoming retreat. Every evening Pile cooked the most wonderful healthy food for us and on the first evening welcomed us into her home for dinner and to get to know one another. She also indulged is with delicious raw deserts that she learned on a chef training course in Bali. I would highly recommend anyone who has a love for hiking, yoga and natural beauty to come on this retreat. I made amazing friends and have mesmerising memories and photos to take away with me. Pile truly was the amazing host, guide, chef, yoga instructor and friend you could’ve asked for. Thank you, Amy x

Amazing Experience - Will Return - This was a great way to experience Norway. The hikes covered a variety of terrains. They were challenging but doable. The yoga was incredible, and I am still trying to find a class back home in the US that is as fulfilling as Pille's classes were. The combination of yoga and hiking was great - a deep stretch class was just what I needed after a long day of activities. The attendees are expected to help clean up after meals, but this was easy and only helped us all feel connected and a part of something bigger than ourselves. One thing I valued most was how open Pille was to the group's ideas and feedback. Each morning, she asked if the plan for the day sounded good to the group. It was clear that she really just wanted us to enjoy our time in Molde as much as possible, and I really appreciated that. The accommodations were nice, and the food was great. Airport pick up and drop off was easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this retreat to any of my friends!

Perfect combination of Hiking and Yoga ! - My first retreat, and a so inspiring one ! A retreat that was so perfectly and flawlessly organized thanks to Pille the event owner and organizer; One would not need to worry about anything at all. Literally, a home away from home ! Pille is such a great and inspiring yoga teacher, hiking guide, caring host and wonderful person. A great and well balanced combination of yoga and hiking that suit all levels. Great trails, different and challenging levels, breathtaking landscapes, best yoga classes, healthy and super delicious food (made by Chef Paula). And above all, Great value for money ! The Retreat to re-connect with your mind and body. Highly recommended !

Norway hiking and yoga - Norway is the second yoga and hiking trip that we have done with Pille and definitely won’t be the last. We went on several beautiful hikes, had delicious home cooked healthy meals, stayed at a very nice hotel, had great yoga classes, made great friendships from people all over the world, and everything was well organized. Norway will leave you breathless and Pille’s yoga will help you get your breath back 😊. We will definitely be going with her on another trip in the near future. 10 out of 10 recommend.
